What are Mogies?

The Hollywood sign is turning 100, and the Mogies are celebrating! 😎

Mogies are a NFT collection of 1923 NFTs inspired by the last 100 years of Hollywood characters and personalities in celebration of the 100 year anniversary of the Hollywood sign being erected. This parody collection is to pay homage to the top entertainers and creators that helped Hollywood become what it is today, and create a standard for the next 100 years of filmmaking that will occur within Film3 – a movement spearheaded by Mogul and our community to empower creators to create movies and content in more fan exclusive ways using blockchain technology in the Metaverse. Mogul is where movies meet blockchain through DeFi, NFTs – and now, the Metaverse through Mogies and Mogieland.

Enter Mogies – the characters of the Metaverse. Enter Mogieland. The Metaverse for Movies.

Mogies in Mogieland - Characters of the Metaverse

Mogies are aliens that feed on entertainment. They love it! They have come to Earth because it’s the biggest source of entertainment in the universe. Humans are humans until they enter Mogieland, and then, when they enter, they become a Mogie.

Mogies are the citizens of Mogieland. They look and act like all our favorite film and TV characters and Hollywood icons from the past 100 years. In actuality, they are aliens from an advanced race that use “lasers” to transform the landscape in the blink of an eye. They feed off entertainment as energy, and travel across the Universe absorbing this vital resource, sucking intelligent worlds dry and moving along to the next. Earth stands to be the biggest source of entertainment and salvation because when our little Mogies get bored, they die. Ultimately, they’re passionate cosplayers and the biggest fans in the galaxy. Mogieland is their Comic-Con, and they have every intention to ensure it lasts forever.

What is Mogieland?

250 MILES EAST OF HOLLYWOOD IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MOJAVE DESERT.

Population: 1923.

Amidst scrub brush and desert dunes, a UFO landed and then obscured 10 sq. miles in a region now known as THE BLUR —- a shrouded forcefield that has taken the shape of an old tube television laid on its back. What goes on behind its opaque borders has remained a mystery…until now.

Mogieland is where Mogies live, and is a Metaverse inspired by the traditional landmarks of Hollywood. If a purchaser owns a Mogie, Access Pass, and a certain threshold of STARS tokens to be announced at a later date, they will receive 3 plots of land in Mogieland. These plots of land are randomly distributed according to the type of Mogie and Access Pass.

Rarer Mogies and Access Passes will have a higher weighting to receive more coveted locations of land.

How do I purchase a Mogie?

Mogies are ERC721 NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain and can only be purchased through the Mogul NFT marketplace in the primary market. In the secondary market, Mogies will be available on the Mogul Marketplace, OpenSea, Rarible, and LooksRare. The Mogie that a purchaser will receive is verifiably random

There are 1923 total NFTs which will be issued in the following phases. Mogies are sold in ETH, but can be purchased in ERC20 STARS tokens at a 10% discount to reward our holders.

Four phases of the sale:

  • Phase 1: Dutch Auction
    • A dutch auction for the general public starting at 1 ETH that includes 800 Mogies. This is available for everyone globally and will have 24 hour tiers
      • 1 ETH tier lasts 24 hours
      • 0.8 ETH tier lasts 24 hours
      • 0.6 ETH tier lasts 24 hours
      • 0.4 ETH tier lasts 24 hours
      • 0.2 ETH tier lasts 24 hours
    • The pricing for the next phase will equal the price paid for the last NFT sold during the dutch auction
      • If all 800 NFTs sell at the 1 ETH level, then the price of the next phase will be 1 ETH
      • If the 800 NFTs do not sell during the dutch auction, the remainder will be allocated to the public sale
  • Phase 2: Whitelist Sale for Access Pass holders only
  • Phase 3: Public Sale – 72 hours
  • Phase 3.5: Bonus Mint
    • Any unsold NFTs will be allocated to the first purchasers from the dutch auction
    • This phase will only occur in the unlikely event that the Mogies allocated for public sale do not sell out within a 72 hour period
  • Phase 4: Rebate + Reveal

If the total number of NFTs allocated for public and whitelist sale do not sell out, then the first purchasers of Mogies through the Dutch auction will have the opportunity to mint the remaining Mogies for free (aside from the gas fee required) after 72 hours of the public sale has passed. For example, if there are 15 Mogies left unsold, then the first 15 purchasers through the dutch auction will have their wallet address whitelisted to mint 1 Mogie each for free after the public sale.

How does the Whitelist work?

Owners of Mogul Access Passes will be the only people eligible for the whitelist. Access Passes can be purchased here: https://opensea.io/collection/mogul-nft

There are 5 tiers of Access Passes that are granted the utility to mint a Mogie in the whitelist phase. The benefit of the whitelist phase is that you are guaranteed to be able to mint a Mogie at the lowest price offered through the dutch auction during a specific window.

There are 1,073 NFTs allocated for whitelist spots, and addresses are whitelisted according to the tier of Access Pass they own on a first-come-first-serve basis. Access Pass holders can mint any number of Mogies they wish at the lowest price of the dutch auction.

In the event that the 1,073 Mogies do not sell out, then the sale will enter the next stage – the public sale. In the event they do sell out, then there will be no public sale and the sale will enter the phase of Rebate & Reveal

What utility comes with Mogies ownership?

Extra perks and bonuses come to the primary purchaser of a Mogie based on how early they have purchased.

  • 1.5x STARS rebate when purchased in ETH
    • 1x STARS rebate when purchased in STARS
  • First 5 unique sales (unique addresses) receive a complimentary Backstage Access Pass

  • All purchasers at this tier receive a silver embossed derivative of their Mogie

Remember: All purchases on the Mogul platform can be done in STARS tokens and the purchaser will receive a 10% discount on their purchase for purchasing in STARS

Mogie Holders in Mogieland - ERC20 STARS tokens - Mogie and Access Pass

How does the STARS rebate work?

A rebate is a bonus given to a purchaser to reward them for purchasing early.

Example:

  • Let’s say a user purchases a Mogie for 1 ETH and the dutch auction closes at 0.6 ETH
  • 1 ETH minus 0.6 ETH is 0.4 ETH. This is the amount of ETH that will be eligible for a rebate
  • Let’s assume the price of STARS is 5 cents and the price of ETH is $3000
  • 0.4 ETH therefore is $1200, which is the amount eligible for the STARS rebate
  • Since the user purchased at 1 ETH, the $1200 delta between their purchase price and the lowest price in the dutch auction is multiplied by 1.5x. Therefore, the user gets an $1800 rebate in STARS tokens
  • Since STARS tokens are valued at 5 cents, the user will receive 36,000 STARS as a rebate

The rebate coupled with other bonuses make it more advantageous for a user to purchase a Mogie early.

What is the Mogies derivative collection?

Mogies derivatives are part of a separate NFT collection and contract separate, but linked, to the official Mogies collection to maintain the provenance and collectibility of the original Mogies. Derivatives of Mogies, such as the gold embossed and silver embossed Mogies, will live in this collection to reward Mogies holders.

The gold embossed Mogies, which are gifted to the first purchasers of Mogies in the dutch auction, will forever be stamped in the Mogieland Hall of Fame.

This collection is meant for rare spinoffs, fashion items, and event-driven NFTs related to Mogies and Mogieland for collectors, fans, and users.

Mogies in Mogieland - NFT Collection - Chavvo Studios The Simpsons

The Artists

Mogies were created by Erick Tran and his team at Chavvo Studios in partnership with Mogul Productions.

Erick Tran and his team at Chavvo are the animators of the Simpsons and King of the Hill. He and his team have won Telly, Emmy, and Peabody awards for their work. They were responsible for the design of the Simpsons ride at Universal Studios, have consulted with Electronic Arts on the Simpsons video games, and played an integral role in the development of the virtual reality roller coaster rides at Universal Studios Japan; including Doraemon, Demon Slayer, Attack on Titan, and more. Their experience in licensing, merchandising, animation, and video games for multi-billion dollar franchises will help propel Mogieland and Mogies to the next level as Mogul’s co-partners.

How were Mogies made?

Mogies are all 1/1 NFTs that are sculpted individually using computer generated imagery (CGI). There was no programming used to copy characteristics from one Mogie to another – each was hand sculpted.

The first step in creating a Mogie was to have the design team create character references and hand-drawn 2D sketches of the character. Then, each character goes through a rigging process to create the 3D skeletal model of the character. This allows the character to easily be transformed into animated versions of themselves. The last step is to bring the characters to life with the Mogies animators.

If Mogies were 2D characters, and did not go through this process, they could not exist in a 3D space like the Metaverse. Mogies, due to this rigorous design process, can easily walk through the space and live in Mogieland.

How are Mogies rarities determined?

Mogies have 7 different facial expressions that are based on the 7 universal emotions that humans wear on their face. These facial expressions will play a role in how their characters will interact in future Mogies series’ and creative concepts.

Mogies have 5 tiers of rarity, which are denoted from the background in the NFT:

Mogies in Mogieland - 5 Tiers of Rarity - NFT
  1. Anger
  2. Fear
  3. Disgust
  4. Happy
  5. Sad
  6. Surprise
  7. Contempt

These expressions were assigned custom to each Mogie based on their perceived personality.

Mogies also have a STAR Ranking in their metadata, which is a score out of 100 denoting the popularity of the Mogie in Mogieland.

There are a select number of Mogies that have angel wings. If the actor that played the Mogie character passed away outside of Mogieland at the time of the mint, their Mogie character has been represented with angel wings.

There are several different colors of flat backgrounds in Tier 5 Mogies. These were chosen on an aesthetic basis by the animators of the Mogies and colors were grouped together with families of Mogie characters.

From The Simpsons to Mogies: The Journey of Erick Tran & Chavvo Animation Studios

The journey of the animators that brought The Simpsons series, The Simpsons Movie and VR attractions at Universal Studios Japan, to its first ever NFT animated series and metaverse is filled with adventure and curiosity.

CHAVVO Animation Studios is a tight-knit international family of creative storytellers, animators, and artists based in five countries. They embrace new challenges and use their collective experience to create meaningful and compelling content.

That collective experience harnessed a passion for TV and film production as well as merchandising spanning two decades.  These years of experience, which also includes video game and theme park design, has prepared the team for the NFT and metaverse revolution.

Erick Tran who founded CHAVVO, with the animation team, put their collective experiences together with Mogul Productions to create the Mogies animated series, featuring 1,923 unique Hollywood inspired NFT characters that interact inside the Mogieland metaverse.

Erick played a key role in building the digital pipeline for The Simpsons. In the process he also created and developed the training program for artists migrating from traditional paper animation to newer technology.

That process helped start his collaboration with Toon Boom, the software company known for creating award-winning software for animation and story boarding to bring TV series and feature films from ideation to screen. This collaboration was pivotal because it allowed him to participate in various venues in the US and Canada where he was able to expand the CHAVVO brand. It was the opportunity for CHAVVO to scale as a “100% digital pipeline studio”.

Erick shared his thoughts and journey from the success of Simpsons to the Mogies, the first real NFT animated series.

“I’m an 80’s kid and grew up with new emerging technology and the start of the video gaming revolution. I was instantly hooked and knew it was something I wanted to be a part of. I started programming in high school and learned Photoshop quite early. As I started my career on The Simpsons I didn’t realize that having technological knowledge would give me an edge. I remember giving Final Cut Pro classes to staff members as well as developing a training program for The Simpsons Movie to help artists transition from traditional to digital workflow. When I founded CHAVVO we were already ahead of the game with the pandemic because our team had been working remotely since 2015. So when artists were figuring out how to be at home and work remotely, we had already mastered our pipeline and workflow.  We were essentially pandemic ready. 2020 ended up being a very good year (workwise) despite unfortunate events happening around the world.”

Towards final delivery of the Simpsons Movie,  Erick worked with Universal Creative and Fox to co-design the Simpsons Ride attraction which developed his relationship with Universal.  Additionally, he worked on video gaming projects for The Simpsons available on major consoles such as PlayStation, XBox, and Nintendo Wii.

Artists from CHAVVO have worked on projects such as the Batman series, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Kung Fu Panda, Frozen and other feature films. “We are bringing our decades worth of experience from working on hit shows and award winning films to the Mogies NFT animation project. We’re so thankful that the Mogul team recognizes the need for high quality content in this space. Together we are stepping into new territory and it’s very exciting for what’s in the works.” said Tran.

One of Erick’s personal career high points was winning a Peabody Award.  Peabody Awards honor excellence in storytelling that reflect the social issues and the emerging voices of our day.

Erick Tran:  “Never in my life did I ever think I’d win a Peabody Award.”

“To me it’s kind of like winning a Nobel Prize. It’s the combination of what the Simpsons has signified in the entertainment industry and the decades of hard work we put into the show that makes this recognition a big deal for us all. It’s a great thing to have received awards through the work I’ve done thru FOX but it’s more special to me when we win thru CHAVVO. To say we are an award winning studio is a dream come true”

Erick Tran: “The Simpsons really helped me understand how to build the multi-billion dollar franchise.

“From development to the big screen, from licensing to merchandising, theme park and video games, Fox has given me the opportunity to understand so many aspects of the animation business.  With that knowledge I was ready to build CHAVVO into the studio it has become now. We have been able to recruit top talented artists in the industry, many who are close friends of mine.”

“We have a special working relationship with Universal Studios Japan.  It’s a treat to be able to work on big anime titles which fans can experience while being on a physical roller coaster, with VR headsets! When you put on the VR headset, you’re basically in this whole new world with awesome anime characters. We believe that VR, metaverse and NFTs are the future and so important to understand, and be a part of history.”

The Mogies NFT Animated Series

“We are committed to the NFT community. As an NFT producer we want to be a major player in the NFT space. Working with Mogul, I can see that really coming to fruition.”

“It’s the first ever NFT Animated series that’s a real legit series.   It’s a homage to Hollywood, to our favorite characters, actors, and movies that have made us. Mogul has given us creative freedom to develop something original and special in this space. It’s great to see Mogul supporting creators and the animation community like very few others have.”

Erick Tran:  “Mogieland is a play on reality which is what the metaverse is.  It’s a place where we can interact, connect and roleplay. We wanted to create a show that eventually could intertwine, or have the ability to intertwine every single character at one moment in time.”

“Probably the one exciting thing that everyone is expecting out of The Mogies is cross mixing characters from other universes and becoming a melting pot of unlimited possibilities.”

“That’s one of the scenes from our trailer where we had Mogie characters from a classic novel and movie series  fighting an evil wizard from another series.

Another is when we crossed one superhero with the alien in the trailer. The idea is that we are mixing different characters into different universes. That will be pretty interesting. I think that’s where the fun starts.”

“The thing that is really cool about the Mogies concept are the NFT characters themselves.  If you happen to own a special character, let’s say the white wizard.  If and when he appears in an episode and plays a pivotal role, it has the ability to gain rank and increase in value over time.

The derivatives market is an opportunity we cannot ignore and have to hit out of the park.”

“We are currently developing ideas that have never been done before in the entertainment world with direct-to-consumer applications. We can’t get into details at the moment but we know these concepts haven’t been done before and Mogul’s platform is fully capable to execute.”

Animating The Mogie NFTs

Erick explained parts of how CHAVVO designed the Mogie NFTs using CG (Computer Graphics).

“The design team researched, created and designed the NFT characters based off of Mogul’s original concept ideas.  Our 2D design team would digitally hand sketch each drawing. That goes through an approval process through one of our supervisors.

Afterwards, our supervisor would send designs for me to review. I only see things that are filtered through her. Afterwards, I make my own final notes before it goes on to the CG design team.  The CG design team would go ahead and build based off that design and would start basically CG sculpting the characters.

Once it goes to the design process we start rigging characters for the animation.  With a rigged character it allows animators to move them around and add the proper acting for each scene.

The decision between 2D or CG  was more for visual aesthetics for the brand. If we were to have designed the Mogies in 2D, it would be difficult to exist in a 3D metaverse space.

That is why going CG was more visually appealing and practical. It looks more polished. Our goal is that owners can actually walk in a 3D Mogieland metaverse space that’s functional and interactive. I’m excited to see the characters move through the streets of Mogieland.”

“This is a fun and great opportunity for everyone who hasn’t had the chance to visit Hollywood to explore it through Mogieland. Things like going to a nightclub, visiting a recording studio, gift shops and buying digital memorabilia. How about winning a Mogie award for your short film that users can watch at the Mogie theater!

I think there’s huge potential for that in the marketplace.”

“There’s so much potential for creating more Mogies. I think it’s great to think about other celebrities from other countries with a fanbase. That becomes a whole other drop to represent other celebrities around the world, like having Latin Grammys after having the Grammys. And we haven’t tapped into the sports world. Yes, the potential is endless.”

“The future of Mogieland is about bringing the most entertaining experience to our community and creating monetary value. Mogieland becomes this fantasy place where our community can plug in and play.”

And then lastly, I’m excited about digital real estate within Mogieland.

“I think anybody and everybody here who appreciates real estate can understand the value of digital real estate.  We have plans to have the ability to put your own star on the Mogie Walk of Fame. Also, buying digital storefronts, restaurants, museums are just a few things that will be available for purchase.”

Mogies pays homage to the top entertainers and creators that helped make Hollywood what it is today, and create a standard for the next 100 years of filmmaking that will occur within Film3.

Film3 is a movement spearheaded by Mogul Productions and our community to empower film and content creators to create movies and content in better fan exclusive ways using blockchain technology.

Mogul is where movies meet blockchain through DeFi and NFTs, and now, the Metaverse through Mogies and their new home, Mogieland.

Here comes the Mogies! First ever NFT Animated Series

From the animators that brought The Simpsons series, The Simpsons Movie and VR attractions at Universal Studios Japan, comes the first ever NFT animated series.

The Mogies animated series is a celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Hollywood sign being erected.  Mogul Productions is bringing the fun to the 1923 milestone.

The Mogies is a collection of 1,923 NFTs, inspired by the last 100 years of Hollywood characters and personalities in celebration of the centennial anniversary.   All of which leads into the upcoming animated series, and the new expanding Mogieland metaverse.

UFO Sighting: Mojave Desert

Amidst scrub brush and desert dunes, a UFO has landed and then obscured itself. It’s a shrouded forcefield that has taken the shape of an old tube television laid on its back. What goes on behind its opaque borders has remained a mystery…until now

Mogies are aliens that feed on entertainment.  They’ve come to Earth because it’s the biggest entertainment source.  Mogies look and act like all our favorite characters and Hollywood icons from the past 100 years.  They interact inside Mogieland through different adventures.

Ultimately, Mogies are passionate cosplayers and the biggest fans in the galaxy.  Mogieland is their Comic-Con and they have every intention to ensure it lasts forever.

Action heroes, villains, aliens, princesses, heart throbs, children’s characters, talk show hosts and various other famous Hollywood-inspired characters are inside Mogieland engaged in epic adventures and mysteries.

Humans are humans until they enter Mogieland. Then they become Mogies too!

Mogies have different tiers of rarity. All 23 NFT characters in Tier 1 have a STAR on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

A number of Mogies have angel wings representing they have passed away.

Selected characters from amongst the NFT collection have already been chosen as characters for the Mogies Animated series. As more scripts are written, characters are animated, and episodes produced, certain Mogies will be joining the cast. Which ones are already STARS, that we can’t tell you. You’re gonna need to watch to find out.https://www.youtube.com/embed/eg2QWFbe9hI

Metaverse Population: 1,923

Mogies were made in partnership and designed by Erick Tran and his team at CHAVVO Studios. The award-winning, transmedia production team has worked with major Hollywood studios including Disney, Universal, Marvel Entertainment, Sony Animation, Cartoon Network, Fox, Dreamworks, Nickelodeon, and EA.

Mogul has given us creative freedom to develop something original and special in this space. It’s great to see Mogul supporting creators and the animation community like very few others have. We are committed to this project and the NFT community. As a NFT producer we want to be a major player in the NFT space. If a purchaser owns a Mogie, Access Pass, and a certain threshold of STARS tokens to be announced at a later date, they will receive 3 plots of land in Mogieland. Mogieland breaks geographical barriers to access exclusive events and brings them globally in a universe where brands, fans, movies, and celebrities can interact.

Mogies Reward redemption

The Mogies collection of NFTs support the creation of the new animated series. To ensure that the Mogieland and Mogies ecosystem is healthy and continually adding more utility, 50% of all 7.5% secondary market royalties will go directly towards growing the project.   Also 10% of all future rewards from the Mogies animated series, wearables, collectibles, or line of figurines will be distributed to Mogie NFT holders as rewards quarterly.

Mogie NFT owners will get the ability to participate in the animation series development. In the private Discord channel, Mogie owners can be part of the animated filmmaking process in partnership with the animators of the Simpsons. They can make suggestions about the series and have direct input to the creators.

Once the Mogies animated series airs, the studio version of the Pilot will be transformed into an exclusive NFT and be sent out to all Mogie holders. As part of the Mogies derivative collection, users will own a piece of a TV series. In addition a special thank you will be shown in the credits at the end of episodes to select holders.

Mogie owners will enjoy more utilities when new features are added in the Mogieland metaverse as Mogul Productions expands its rapidly growing list of partners.

With the launch of the coming animated series, the owners of these Hollywood-inspired NFT characters will have the IP rights to their Mogie characters forever.  All of which come with valuable benefits.

How the Mogies NFT sale will work

Phase 1: Public Sale Dutch Auction

Mogies will be sold in a Dutch Auction process, which means that Mogies will start at 1 ETH and the price will slowly decrease at a rate of 0.2 ETH every 24 hours

Phase 2: Whitelist Sale for Access Pass holders (NFTs reserved for them)

The 1,073 Mogies will be available to those on the whitelist and will be sold at the last price of the Dutch Auction.

Phase 3: Public Sale

Any remaining Mogies will be available for 72 hours  and will be sold at the last price of the Dutch Auction.

Phase 3.5: Bonus Mint

Any unsold NFTs will be allocated to the first purchasers from the dutch auction. This phase will only occur in the unlikely event that the Mogies allocated for public sale do not sell out within a 72 hour period.

Phase 4: Reveal

Once all the Mogies have been distributed, we will commence with the reveal, and everyone will be able to see which of their Mogies they received.

Mogul Partners With Arabian Camels NFT To Help Launch Upcoming $50M Feature Film “Antara”

Mogul Productions is excited to partner with Arabian Camels NFT, the $50M NFT collection behind the upcoming featured film “Antara”.

Antara is a 6th Century swords and sandals epic that is to be directed by Tarsem Singh. It tells the true story of Antara Ibn Shaddad, a black slave who won his freedom and became a knight, and one of the most famous poets in ancient Arabia. Antara became an icon of Arabic literature and a monument for the warrior code of ancient Arabia.

The Arabian Camels NFT Collection

First dropped in 2021, the Arabian Camels collection helped lay the foundation for IP from the upcoming feature film Antara.

NFT holders can get acting parts in the film, access to the film’s premiere, and part-ownership of the movie. The community is also eligible to earn a yield on their NFTs during production.

The vision behind Arabian Camels is to create a whole new platform and ecosystem where creators, producers, digital artists, and communities can collaborate to create something special for movie lovers.

“We have received fantastic support from the film and crypto community in helping bring the epic story of “Antara” to life via our Arabian Camels NFT. We are delighted to be aligning with an innovative platform like Mogul which is helping lead the charge to bridge the film industry and the crypto industry,” Alexander Amartei, Arabian Camels Producer, said.

At the 75th Cannes Film Festival anniversary, the subject of NFTs is taking the main stage. The Arabian Camels are making noise in Cannes and Monte Carlo this year, as they present their NFT collection for the upcoming Antara movie.  Their model is leading the way toward the future of Hollywood, with their convergence of NFTs, DeFi, Web 3 community and movies.

Mogul has reserved an exclusive allotment of the Arabian Camels collection on their NFT marketplace, to help drive funding for the “Antara” movie.

This strategic partnership is designed to shine a spotlight on the fantastic work the Arabian Camels team has done, and use Mogul Productions’ platform to elevate funding and film awareness.

“A huge part of what we strive to do at Mogul is to leverage the power of the crowd to bring incredible stories to life. The story of Antara is fascinating and there has already been so much success and interest around it via the Arabian Camels NFT. We are thrilled to offer our community the chance to get involved in the action and assist in bringing the film to life,” Jake Fraser, Mogul Productions’ Head of Business Development, said.

Using Dutch Auctions to Sell Your NFTs

Auctions are a popular and proven method for film, music and entertainment artists to successfully sell out their NFT collection drops at the best price possible.

The trend is changing on how exactly to do this. NFT marketplaces are using the Dutch auction technique more often.  This technique is different from the traditional selling method used by auction houses.

With a regular auction, the opening price bids start low and progress higher when buyers willing to pay a higher price for the same item make the bids.  The final price is determined when the highest bid is made. At which point, the item is sold to the highest bidder.

With Dutch auctions, everything is reversed.

Distribution of a NFT collection needs to be fair and random. Prices start very high and then slowly drop at predetermined time intervals, such as 10 or 20 minutes.

As the tap on price tag starts dripping, collectors snatch up NFTs.   There is usually a predetermined floor price.  Rarity is based on provided price levels and mints in the collection. The lower the price, the higher the risk is of missing out.

Artists want to sell out at the end of a Dutch auction.

Dutch auctions are available to everyone.

Cereal Club recently sold out its whitelist collection of 10,000 NFTs just 24 hours using the Dutch auction strategy. The success came as the original Dutch auction price of 1 Ethereum was slashed by 50%.

Even with a hefty mint price, the RPG game Pixelmon raised $70 Million in primary sales using a Dutch auction strategy.

Even traditional auction houses have caught up with the NFT fever.  The Christie’s and Sotheby’s houses recorded the top sales so far, including the Beeple’s digital art, which sold for a massive $69 million at Christie’s in March 2021.

What if we could help you build that fanbase?

Fans create buzz. Fans want to be a part of the creative process.

If artists and filmmakers engage their community in inclusive ways, they may have a better road taking their idea from inception, to reality.

Mogul wants to help artists shine.

Jim Jones Digital Money NFT Drop exclusively on Mogul

[00:06:04.330] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

‍Hey there, everyone. Earl here again from Mogul. And this is the Twitter space for the Jim Jones upcoming NFT Drop. Super excited. It’s pretty interesting with four different tiers to the NFT again. We’re just getting everybody onto the space who’s supposed to be onto the space again. We just started early to get sound check done. So if you’re here, just hang tight. We’ll be starting in a few minutes. If you know anybody who would love to hear about the It Drop that’s coming down the bike, definitely feel free to invite them. That’s what I’m doing right now. I’m actually just inviting people to space, getting this up and roll and yeah, very excited to get going here. We’re starting in about six minutes.

[00:07:57.770] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

Hello, everyone. This is Earl here from Mogul. Just touching base with the folks who just joined us. We’re just waiting on a few of our guests here to get all lined up. Once everybody’s here, we’re going to get up and going here. So we got a few of the artists coming in. We’ve got a few of the folks who are collaborating with on this project for the Jim Jones upcoming NFP Drop. Super excited about this. Just getting everybody on board here. So if you’re getting ready for the spaces, we’re going to get started in about four minutes.

[00:11:18.450] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Fantastic. Thank you for coming. All right, so we’re just going to get Jim Jones here himself. We can get this up and rolling. All right. For those of you just joining us, this is the Twitter spaces with Mogul Productions and Jim Jones talking about the latest NFT Drop coming up. We got four interesting peers here for the drop where you can get the music itself, access to the actual music itself from the content point of view or all the way up to the very top tier where you can actually do recordings with the artist himself. So that’s quite the spread between tier one and tier four. We’re definitely going to be talking about those things as we grow here. We got ZapTheory here now. All right, let’s get ZapTheory on the stage. How’s it going, folks over at ZapTheory, who’s representing today?

[00:12:37.580] – Speaker 3 – Cassie Hinnen-Neal

Cassie here representing.

[00:12:40.070] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Hey, Cassie.

[00:12:40.890] – Speaker 3 – Cassie Hinnen-Neal

Great, thanks. How are you?

[00:12:46.170] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Doing? Fantastic. All right. Anyone got Jim Jones on the line? Is he on his way in?

[00:12:58.820] – Speaker 3 – Cassie Hinnen-Neal

I’ll check in on him now.

[00:13:00.910] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

All right, thank you. We’re just at the top of the hour here getting ready. I see one of the artists. I’m going to add you up here. All right.

[00:13:42.490] – Speaker 5 – @slimsuli

Good evening.

[00:13:43.130] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

How are you doing? Great. Thanks for jumping on the stage here.

[00:13:48.340] – Speaker 5 – @slimsuli

Most definitely. I’m here representing the creative, and people don’t really know about us. What we’re doing is going to be storage in the part that we come down with, but the metabolic needs to be in the part that we are doing. Come to us.

[00:14:19.690] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Absolutely. All right, Cassie, how are we doing on Jim Jones?

[00:14:29.830] – Speaker 3 – Cassie Hinnen-Neal

Any minute now.

[00:14:31.260] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

All right.

[00:14:31.840] – Speaker 3 – Cassie Hinnen-Neal

Perfect.

[00:14:40.150] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

All right, folks, when we get the ball rolling here, while we wait for Jim to join us here, Andy, you’re from the business development side of the Mogul team. Why don’t we just quickly just run through kind of what the offer is, what we got up here on the block talking about kind of what the NFT drop, just kind of the structure of it. What have we gotten these four tiers here? You want to chime in here and discuss that for a little bit?

[00:15:07.180] – Speaker 2  – Andy Perez

Yeah, absolutely. Thank you. Yeah. So we have four tiers coming out next week that will be released during NFTLA. The fourth tier will be a digital collectible of Jim Jones new song, Digital Money. And so they’ll have access to the digital collectible of the song. And then we’ll move into tier three where it’ll give folks the opportunity to join a Metaverse studio session with Quarantine Studios, which is Jim Jones recording studio. And then we’ll have moving into tier two, we’ll have token holders will be able to go into a live in person studio session with Jim and his team, which is very exciting. And for the tier one, which will be a one of one, it’ll give the lucky token holder the opportunity to have in person studio session with Jim and also feature him on their song. So you’ll be able to get a feature from Jim for your track. And it’s very exciting.

[00:16:23.830] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Yeah, definitely. So it’s pretty interesting how we got these four different tiers here. The ideation part of that came from ZapTheory, part of that came from Jim Jones’s team and all those different pieces of the puzzle. How did the four different levels come to be? I mean, obviously with the original idea was the music drops, but then popping it into like a metaverse recording and then a real recording and then having them actually feature them in your track. This is a little different than your regular run of the mill NFT drop.

[00:17:03.950] – Speaker 2 – Andy Perez

Yeah, definitely. I think that one of the things Jim being involved in the space and just interacting. We had a live performance during the Central Miami during our Basil 2021. And it was really cool the way the live performance turned out. And we wanted to see what else we can do to really provide utility to fans and really in the space. It’s all about connecting and engaging with your community. And Jim, he’s been outspoken about talking more and educating more of the community about crypto and the NFT space. And so we felt like, what better way to give back to his fans than allow them the opportunity to join him in a studio session, do a meet and greet, virtual meet and greet at another level. And so this is our approach. And working with ZapTheory has been great. Cassie and her team have really been great to really take this to the next level. Cassie, I’d love to hear your feedback.

[00:18:12.410] – Speaker 3 – Cassie Hinnen-Neal

Yeah, this is an exciting time, definitely in crypto to just see all the creative pieces that people come up with for NFTs. It’s one of my favorite things to do is just listen into a Twitter Spaces and hear what people have come up with and imagined because it’s almost like anything you can imagine, you can put into an NFT. And so it’s been really cool to be a part of this project in particular, taking what Jim has done with his NFTs and taking it to another level with this utility. And I think the Quarantine Studios concept is incredible as well. Coming out of the pandemic and being able to have studio time virtually is pretty cool as well.

[00:18:57.870] – Speaker 2 – Andy Perez

Yeah, definitely. And it’s going to be really cool. We’re going to have another live performance next week at NFT LA. Cassie, can you tell us more about that?

[00:19:09.430] – Speaker 3 – Cassie Hinnen-Neal

So that will be on March 30 at 05:30 P.M.. Pacific. And Jim will be performing on the main stage. So, yeah, that’s going to be really exciting as well. And the NFL will be available for purchase during that time. So during all of the NFT LA, people will be able to purchase the NFT’s.

[00:19:31.720] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

That’s fantastic. So we got, like literally a live event dropping this out on concert. He’ll be performing the song, but you can get access to via a NFT. And then how many of those are coming out for that tier? How many do we have set up for that tier?

[00:19:50.400] – Speaker 2  – Andy Perez

Tier Four. The digital collectible will have 10,000 units.

[00:19:55.400] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

10,000 units. What happens after the 10,000 are sold? 10,000.

[00:20:06.820] – Speaker 2  – Andy Perez

That’s it. There’s only 10,000 available, so that’ll be exciting.

[00:20:11.890] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Okay, fair enough. I got a question from the audience here. Actually, I’m monitoring all of our different channels all at once. And some of this type in the question, the one out of one NFT. Is the Jim Jones team going to then help promote the song after it’s been produced? Wow, that’s a hell of a question. So someone buys the one to one NFT, they’re obviously on the track. So is that going to be something that is that going to be something like a fringe benefit on top of actually getting the studio session that obviously they got to promote it because he’s part of the project?

[00:20:52.730] – Speaker 3 – Cassie Hinnen-Neal

We’ll have to ask him that once he gets here. But I imagine so. I imagine so.

[00:20:59.690] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

All right, folks. Well, while we’re waiting for Jim to come, why don’t we just do a quick round of introductions of everybody who’s on the team here who’s up on the stage. So I’ll start going first. My name is Earl. I’m the Chief Marketing Officer over at Mogul Productions, and Mogul is all about entertainment space and building an NFT market around that, taking that superfan level to that next level. So for folks who are really interested in the entertainment world, in this case, it’s going to be music. Right? And it’s not just your typical piece of artwork. What we’re doing with this particular drop is we’ve got four different tiers, and one of the tiers lets you actually really, truly participate with the artists live and have them as part of your music, which I thought was really cool, really interesting. Why don’t we move on to @JayGoldingArt.  I want to introduce yourself, tell us what your part is the project, and let us know what you thought.

[00:21:57.470] – Speaker 4 – Jay Golding

Yeah. Hey, everyone. I’m Jay Golding, part of the creators now. Slimsuliart.   I actually did one of the paintings. I did acrylic painting of Jim Jones. I kind of painted it. I don’t know how much I could say about it, actually. I see ZapTheory has one of the artworks showing right now, but the whole process was exciting just working with my brother SlimSuli and the rest of the team and just kind of creating that chemistry around how we were able to take all of our individual pieces and put them together. So, yes, I’m excited to see how the entire drop comes together.

[00:22:44.270] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Excellent. What are you most excited for?

[00:22:49.890] – Speaker 4 – Jay Golding

I’m excited to see how I don’t know if it’s going to be an auction, but I’m excited to just see the reception, to hear what people think about the artwork, because I definitely put a lot of love and care into a lot of thought into the artwork that I put together, even just with the theme and the references, like, kind of researching and going back to looking at some of Jim Jones’s older projects to kind of tie some of those themes into the painting. So I’m excited to see how it resonates with the audience.

[00:23:24.210] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Excellent.

[00:23:25.730] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Thank you for joining us to enter, Jay. All right, SlimSueyArt, how’s it going with you? If you want to give a quick introduction, what do you bring into the project? Just talk briefly about your piece here.

[00:23:40.090] – Speaker 5 – SlimSueyArt

So my name is SlimSueyArt and I met with all these three people here. This project right here was one of the best projects I was ever on because you have four different artists on the same project. Both of them are all, like, except for maybe one had at least three people on each of them. So you have to understand that priceless  it was a real production. All right. And the chemistry cannot be matched. And this was something that was brought to me by one of the members from ZapTheory. I’m very excited to see how far it goes because some people need to have a better lens on how art can be shown in a NFT form. And this is what we want to provide for the newness of art.

[00:25:01.090] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Fantastic. Yeah. It’s really interesting seeing, like, the team that’s being brought together here, everybody coming together to help this project move forward. And we really appreciate we need everybody as part of this piece, right? We need the artists because that’s what’s going to represent the NFP in the wallet. Obviously, we need Jim Jones because he’s the one producing, creating the music, and then we need all the different people who are up here on stage right now who are part of the project assembling this together, everyone from the artists to the developers to everyone in between. So it’s definitely a collaborative effort. All right. When we move over to ZapTheory. Cassie.

[00:25:42.910] – Speaker 3 – Cassie Hinnen-Neal

Hi. My name is Cassie. Yes, I’m Cassie. I’m the CEO of ZapTheory, a social token platform. And we also help a number of NFT projects launch. So we’re working with a number of groups and Mogul collaborating with Mogul on a number of jobs as well. So it’s again, a very exciting time. I’ve been in this space since 2017 and got paid in Bitcoin one time and never looked back. So it just kept going on. Went to the first NFT NYC Conference, and it was so much smaller than it was this past year. And so I’m looking forward to New York as well. And hopefully with this NFT drop, we’ll be able to tie something in for the NFT holders in New York as well.

[00:26:34.570] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Fantastic. Awesome. And then definitely thank you for helping assemble this project and letting us be part of it. This is going to be exciting on everybody’s side. I think that’s fantastic. Why don’t we bring up the next Tokenoma? Want to say hello and introduce yourself?

[00:26:52.030] – Speaker 6 – @tokenoma_

Hi, everyone. Yeah, this is, like, so amazing to be here on stage with everyone and just being a part of this amazing collaborative effort. I was the one that made the coin, the token, and I stared at Jim Jones’s face quite a lot. Could be dreaming about him right now. But anyway, yeah, it was a lot of fun just creating the reverse and the obverse and coming up with a concept on the obverse side with the hand. And when you see the NFP, the hand, it represents speak. And because he’s a rapper and he speaks the truth, he’s just amazing and he loves to help people. So I chose that symbol. But no, I loved working with the team, the creators, working with SlimSuli and Jay and Raul. It was such a great vibe we had going on, and I would love to do it again. And literally, Raul was like the superglue. He took all of our pieces and just meshed them together and created something really amazing from it. But yes, enough of my rambling. Thank you so much for this opportunity.

[00:28:26.630] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

I appreciate it. Thank you for jumping and joining us on stage here. Andy, do you want to say hello quick?

[00:28:33.210] – Speaker 2  – Andy Perez

Hi. Yeah, thanks, Earl. My name is Andy. I’m business development manager at Mogul Productions and together with ZapTheory, we put this drop together. I’m very excited for it because having a passion for music and the recording process and being involved around studio sessions, I thought it was great that Jim was open to bringing this experience to the fans. And so I think it’s going to be very unique for that one token holder to be able to observe Jim’s process and his team’s process and creating a song and the whole production process as well. And yeah, we’re very excited. We have also some news that one of the pieces, the one of one, will be coming with the actual art piece. Is that right, Cassie?

[00:29:33.570] – Speaker 3 – Cassie Hinnen-Neal

Yes, that’s right. There’s a mural that was created, and that will go to the person who purchases the NFT as well. So thank you to the artist.

[00:29:46.290] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

How big is the mural?

[00:29:52.390] – Speaker 3

Can the creator speak to that, please?

[00:29:56.930] – Speaker 5- @Slimsuli

How are you? How are you I will be doing that mural.  We didn’t come up with the size yet. It depends on the spot. But it wouldn’t be something that’s too massive maybe like

10 X 10.  Some of these celebrities or someone who really likes art, I’m putting that as a utility. I’m willing to bring my expertise and skillset to beautify.  Possibly we can do the image with  ZapTheory logo piece right here.

[00:31:00.210] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

That’s a pretty unique addition to one on one piece as well. So not only do they get the session. I’m actually just reading the questions here coming in. I got another one coming in about the In-studio session. Is it just the show, or is it learning about the music production process as well? Kind of inclusive and part of that process? That Unto itself would be like a priceless piece, right. To be able to learn from someone like Jim, to understand this process, to understand how he records things. I mean, that unto itself would be super valuable. So not only you’re getting that and you’re getting the artwork, but yeah, just learning from someone who’s got so much experience would be something really interesting there as well. Cassie, you want to weigh in on that?

[00:31:51.610] – Speaker 3 – Cassie Hinnen-Neal

Absolutely. I think anytime you you’re able to get with someone that you look up to,  any mentor to benefit from learning. So if you already believe that you’re going to benefit from learning from them, then that puts you ten times ahead anyway. And I think it’s really great to just be able to be around people that inspire you as well. On all fronts, I think it’s really powerful.

[00:32:32.430] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Definitely. Now, beyond just the utility of the actual token itself, being able to own the music, listen to the music and consume that content, is there the possibility of the token holders also being able to attend other live events or any other perks to the equation here?

[00:32:56.950] – Speaker 3 – Cassie Hinnen-Neal

Right. So I can say if anything ZapTheory is involved with, if we’re hosting the event, then that’s certainly something that we can include as well. And right now, it’s still a little bit… logistics haven’t been worked out right. for concerts and things like that. So there are just too many other parties involved, but certainly any ZapTheory events that we host. When we do host events, we host some pretty cool events. So I think that’s an awesome utility as well.

[00:33:30.130] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Fantastic. That would be really cool. So not only do you get the music, I mean, you’d be part of a community that’s invited to further events. And that just makes it more interesting, too. You’ve got your groups there. So another question is coming in is,  what does it logistically mean they collect a copy of Digital Money? So when they get a copy of digital money and they buy this NFT, what does that mean when they collect a copy of Digital Money?

[00:34:13.090] – Speaker 3 – Cassie Hinnen-Neal

So they’re now then the owner of this song and there are only going to be 10,000 people who can own the music. So it’s not like it’s on Spotify and everyone’s downloading it. And then there’s the different ownership of it when you have it as an NFT. And then you also, of course, have the beautiful art piece with it.

[00:34:45.030] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Fair enough. Okay, so here’s a couple of questions that I have got actually just myself in terms of the how do I explain this? Let me think my way through the question here. When people are just looking at how music is being, I guess, distributed nowadays. Right. Have you guys been paying attention to the news and what’s been happening? Like, Snoop Dogg just took a bunch of the old school records, old school songs, and it took them off of all the other platforms. We’re just talking about Spotify. We’re just talking about Alpha Music and all the other ones. Right. And when we got these, they’re taking them away and then they’re republishing them again as NFTs. So now, like you were just saying it was only 10,000 of these. So when the music industry starts to take a bit of a shift, this is not like a small record company that’s fricken Snoop Dog, right? He took them all off all the other platforms. So there’s no way for us to just jump on Spotify like before. I listen to some of these older pieces of music. Right. And the only way to get access to them now is via NFT, why don’t we do a quick roundtable around that and just chat briefly?

[00:36:03.850] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

What are you guys thoughts on it? Why don’t we move it over to Tokenoma? What do you think about that? What do you think about them taking it off of the major platforms? The only way to get access is now via NFT.

[00:36:15.150] – Speaker 6 – @tokenoma_

I think it’s amazing. It’s like the artists, they’re standing up for themselves and they’re taking back their creation because Spotify, Apple Music, all those streaming platforms, they pay so little to the artists who actually created the music. Right. So they’re just reclaiming their power. That’s how I see it. And I think it’s such a beautiful thing. And you need to learn from it. I’m definitely inspired from it. It’s great.

[00:36:55.910] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Thank you. Tokenoma. Jay, why don’t you wait on that? What do you think? Are you for it or are you against it? Do you like the fact that they’re taking it off of all the other regular platforms? And I mean, she’s absolutely right. They don’t pay them as much on other platforms, whereas if you can kind of can take control of it as an NFT, now the artist kind of has a little more strength in that spot. What are your thoughts on that?

[00:37:20.690] – Speaker 4 – Jay Golding

Yeah, I absolutely agree. And I also think it’s a good way to gauge and see who your core fans and listeners are as well, especially for tying utilities to it’s a way to really reward your supporters for really supporting your music.

[00:37:45.210] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Absolutely. Thanks for weighing in on that. So I have to call another deeper question would be, though, what about on the other side of the equation. If there’s only 10,000 of the NFT and they got more than 10,000 fans and more than 10,000 fans want to own the music and be able to consume the music? What about the other side about being able to get distribution out there and have more and more people listen to the actual music? There’s going to be both sides of the equation here. Yes. I’m super happy that the artist is taking control, getting more of a fair share per se of that equation. But what about the fan side? I’m just being devil’s advocate thinking. What about both sides of the equation?

[00:38:34.530] – Speaker 3 – Cassie Hinnen-Neal

To me, I just imagine a world where people come together to listen to music. Imagine that, whether it’s in virtual spaces or in real life. Like, I know I’ve seen in other countries where people all gather together and watch soccer games. Right. Because there’s one TV in town and so everybody goes to it. So imagine just these 10,000 fans. Hopefully they’re all over the world. Right. Would be able to be that emphasis for listening to it and bringing these people together. These are all people who have the same love for the same person, and so they already have something in common. So imagine the communities that could be built around that.

[00:39:19.230] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

That’s a really interesting take around it.

[00:39:22.410] – Speaker 5 – @Slimsuli

I also think that some people that might get that NFT and they might turn into the apples and Spotify. People will eventually be able to either resell them or allow people to listen to it. So that actually opens up.

[00:40:10.410] – Speaker 6 – @tokenoma_

Also, it opens up the opportunity for sync licensing deals and just good old school, like going to a concert. I miss concerts. Oh, my gosh. Yeah. I think it’s great.

[00:40:28.330] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Fantastic. That’s a really good spin on it, too. That’s rebuilding the whole community around it where folks get the opportunity to then play the music. So I wonder what will happen when people are like, for example, want to be DJs. Right if a DJ wants to be able to play the song, but they have to have the NFT, they have to have a license off of the NFT. That just opens up to a bit of an interesting piece here. I got actually,  – @MikeCryptoBull who wants to pop on stage. I’m going to ask you as a speaker if you got any questions of the team that’s online so far, happy to get you on the stage here. So why don’t you get a question for me?

[00:41:18.530] – Speaker 7 – @MikeCryptoBull

So there’s always the ability, if they’re going to release music through NFT, which seems like it’s going to be something that’s going to happen more and more as time goes on, go down a different route of there’s only going to be 5000, 8000, 10,000 limited edition tracks. So it could be an extended version, it could be a different version, it could be some kind of little twist on the track that’s already going to be produced. So they still produce what you would classes like a radio edit. But then the only people that have access to the extended version or the one that has the little bit extra, that could be the play on the NFT, which would give artists the ability to raise capital in a way they’ve never had before. Supporting the fans that really support that, really follow them and support them. That’s just a different take on there.

[00:42:22.010] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

That’s an excellent take. Definitely. Even if you look at. Let’s take a look at other industries, right. If you take a look at the gaming industry, because Mogul is all about entertainment. Right. So in the gaming industry, you’ve got folks who buy like me. I’m a big fan of Blizzard from back in the day. I think I have the collectors edition book Warcraft, the collector’s edition of Diablo and the other game, it’s the same game, but you had all these extra little pieces to it that kind of add up to that whole collector’s edition piece. So maybe that’s where kind of the NFT kind of comes into play. It’s almost like the evolution of Kickstarter, right? Where you’ve got these crowdfunded campaigns and these structures in place where people who really believe in the project, they give that much extra just to have that little extra piece that makes it special and that becomes the collector’s edition and those end up becoming the more rarer pieces. I like where your heads are.

[00:43:19.560] – Speaker 7 – @MikeCryptoBull

Yeah. That’s 100% how I think that individual music artists will kick off their career. I think you’re going to see a massive kick on of that where they’re almost crowdfunding themselves. But then with the power of NFT’s and the digital contractors been put in with them, I think that these kind of crowdfunded artists or businesses, this isn’t just the music space you can use. It’s really anything. They’ll be actually able to give a percentage loyalty of their business if you like, or their song or their album. And I think that’s the real power in NFTs moving forward. And what that’s doing is that’s supporting no, sorry. That’s the creator or the business owner or whoever that is actually giving back to the people who believed in them first. And there’s so much power in that. It’s going to be the power of community that drives new businesses forward in the next five to ten years.

[00:44:30.170] – Speaker 2  – Andy Perez

Absolutely.

[00:44:31.310] – Speaker 7 – @MikeCryptoBull

That’s going to happen away.

[00:44:33.350] – Speaker 2  – Andy Perez

And this is ultimately giving the power back to the artist and not letting the bigger corporations take advantage and take the majority of all the profits that the artists are generating. And so for me, ultimately, I love NFTs for art because you’re giving the artists the opportunity to make the majority of the profits. And now they’re able to then determine if they want to extend that to their fans. And so I think that’s like Mike was saying, you’re giving them the opportunity to also make something off of this, which I think is good. You’re giving back to your fan base, you’re giving back to the fans that brought you to this point to eventually be able to give back.

[00:45:27.590] – Speaker 7 – @MikeCryptoBull

That is 100% where the NFT space in the short term to medium term is going to benefit, cutting out that middleman and really connecting the end creator with the actual user. And that’s where the real benefit is from my point of view.

[00:45:49.010] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Absolutely. Thanks, definitely for sharing the point of view.

[00:45:52.180]

Wow.

[00:45:53.100] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

I see Jim inside the audience here. So, Jim, I’ve invited you up on stage if you’d like to jump in here.

[00:46:00.330] – Speaker 3 – Cassie Hinnen-Neal

All right. So actually, Jim is going to please bring up Jim to the stage and Poem is actually going to be the speaker. So Jim is on Pone’s account right now. Sorry for the next step, but you can keep Jim up here as well.

[00:46:17.870] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

No worries. All right. So if you want a couple of months, totally feel free to hit request. This is an open conversation, guys. So it’s just really talking about the opportunity, talking about the upcoming NFT drop, talking about all the technology that’s behind it all, and just the excitement that’s coming up for this drop. It’s definitely an interesting shift in the way music is working here. Somebody posted here. They actually made some really good observations and it’s from Leslie here. Actually, Metallica had major issues with both Pirating music and how it’s sold. And then ten years later we’ve got the Wutang Clan producing an album to just one buyer. Right. So this is kind of in the middle where you don’t just have people pirating stuff and you don’t have people just making one album for one buyer. You got 10,000 buyers potential to come on board here for the NFP and to own the music and to own the art. Right? That’s pretty interesting pieces. So where does it all end up becoming in the future? So let’s see here. I am going to bring up I do have a request bring you on up here, Michael.

[00:47:41.890] – Speaker 3 – Cassie Hinnen-Neal

I see Pone’s is on as well.

[00:47:50.870] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

So if you could just hit Request and I’ll bring you up on Steve as well.

[00:47:55.850] – Speaker 8  –
So this is a new NFT project I’m hearing about, huh?

[00:48:01.130] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Absolutely. So this is a drop that’s happening next week. Did you have any particular questions around? So obviously it’s around the music space, but it’s also going to be inclusive of art. It’s going to be inclusive of being able to make some music on the Metaverse and also being able to get some studio time live in real life. So there’s going to be a little more to it than just here’s the piece of artwork. Not that that’s a bad thing, but it’s really interesting because it’s multifaceted.

[00:48:31.430] – Speaker 8 Is there a specific genre of music it is kind of leaning towards.

[00:48:41.310] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

If I can get the Pone account up here, just hit Request Pone and I can get you up here so I can’t find you in the list right now. But if you can hit request, I’ll bring you up here and you guys, you can answer for yourself. Oh, there it is. There’s phone, I found you. Okay, hang on a second here waiting to speak. I’m inviting you on up and Jim can speak for himself.

[00:49:07.510] – Speaker 8

So is this kind of geared towards more rap music is what I’m saying.

[00:49:13.090]

Yes.

[00:49:14.890] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

For this particular drop? Absolutely, yes. But the neat part about the technology is it can be definitely used for anything, right? So it’s just because of his understanding and knowledge of crypto, knowledge of blockchain, knowledge of NFPs, this particular artist is coming on board to make his next drop on this platform, which makes it really interesting. I have invited you, so you have to accept the invite. Phone.

[00:49:53.030] – Speaker 5 – @slimsuli

I just want to say it’s an honor to have you come through here as well and also do it all through Pre Kelly.

[00:50:19.170] – Speaker 6 – @tokenoma_

You got to get to Pre Kelly to buy some of these NFPs.

[00:50:29.830] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

There you go. He accepted. Welcome to the stage.

[00:50:34.270] – Speaker 5 – @slimsuli

How are you doing the market?

[00:50:39.130] – Speaker 1  – Earl Flormata

Well, you’re on one of the marketing pieces right now. Part of this is doing the Twitter spaces. We record this. You can see the spaces are being recorded. We’ll then take the recording and disseminate it. We’ve got our following us on Twitter. We’ve got Jim Jones following us on Twitter. We’ve got ZapTheory backing us up. We’ve got the artists backing us all up. We got the bit of the community here all together that’s working together to make it all happen. So there you go.

[00:51:04.820] – Speaker 8  – Jim Jones

I’m right here.

[00:51:07.990] – Speaker 3 – Cassie Hinnen-Neal

Welcome, Jim. Thanks for being on the speakers that we have up here, Jim, are the artists who created the pieces for the NFP. So great honor to have all of users.

[00:51:36.250] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

I think everyone got excited and started speaking at the same time. So. Hey, Jim, how are you doing? I wanted to ask the question, what are you most excited about? About your NFT drop here?

[00:51:46.470] – Speaker 8  – Jim Jones

I’m really excited about the drop in general. I’ve been in this space for a minute now, probably a little bit before most people. It’s an incredible space. I’m glad to see how many people are starting to get on board. And I encourage more people from my culture to really take that step forward and invest some time into definitely doing their research on how to get into the NFT game. It is a beautiful thing to be able to put your artistic value out there in a way that nobody can take it still, because you retain all the ownership for you and all the utilities are pretty dope people get to really get up and close and personal with me, probably in a way that they would never, ever hear the truth without this NFT opportunity happening.

[00:52:32.570] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

Absolutely. So one of the questions that we had prior to you jumping on board here was four tiers, and you got that fourth tier where the highest one is, where they get to actually have a studio session with you. Part of that was, I guess, really just in that studio session. I think what excited a lot of people was that they’re going to get to learn from you directly.

[00:52:58.820] – Speaker 8 – Jim Jones

Right.

[00:52:59.020] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

Like some of your experience, some of your stature, being able to learn from you directly, is that something that’s exciting to you pass towards the next person passing down the ropes?

[00:53:09.230] – Speaker 8 – Jim Jones

I will hope they learn as much as they can. While I’ve been around me in this experience, that’s pretty much what it is to give you experience that you never would be able to have without being able to have this energy. And if you are a real fanatic of music, this should be something that you should put on your checking off your bucket list. You never know what might go on the studio. You never know who might pop up in the studio. You get to see me working directly on some of my latest music and things like that. I think that if I had the opportunity to do this when I was coming up with some of my favorite artists, I would probably rob my mom’s purse to do that.

[00:53:48.650] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

That’s amazing, actually. So there’s a really good question. If we had this technology 10-20 years ago and you had the opportunity to buy the fourth tier from one of your heroes, who would that hero be?

[00:54:04.250] – Speaker 8

It’d be Tupac. I would probably go crazy to get to a Tupac session.

[00:54:12.470] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

Yeah, absolutely. Oh, my God. Right.

[00:54:32.790] – Speaker 5 – @Slimsuli

Me and my team for the creators. Can’t wait for you to see the art pieces.

[00:54:50.090] – Speaker 8 – Jim Jones

I appreciate you for you and your team for putting that art together for us.

[00:55:03.150] – Speaker 6 – @tokenoma_

I’m one of the artists, too, and it’s a pleasure to work on the NFT for you. Let us know how you like it, how you like the art.

[00:55:15.330] – Speaker 8 – Jim Jones

I sure will. Next week. I definitely going to see it firsthand. So I’m looking forward to it. Looking forward to next week period. It sounds like it’s going to be a great.

[00:55:32.770] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

All right.

[00:55:35.230] – Speaker 8

Yes, sir.

[00:55:36.670] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

We’re going to open up the four to more questions here. I’m just going to open up the floor here. I’m going to take folks who are already asked questions off the stage, and I’m going to open it up to more folks who have got questions. If anybody listening on the discord has got questions, if anyone listening on Twitter has got questions, put your questions out there and I’ll ask them for you.

[00:55:59.630] – Speaker 2  – Andy Perez

Yeah. I just want to point out that I don’t know if your fans heard what Jim said, but that fortunate  Token Holder may be in a studio session with Jim and there may be a guest appearance there. So you never know. Like Jim said, you never know what’s going to happen in the studio session. You don’t know who’s going to come by. So I hope everybody heard that. That’s a life changing opportunity right there.

[00:56:50.050] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

All right, Jim. So you’re going to be releasing this. You got 10,000 folks will be buying up the song. Here a couple of questions. Are you going to be releasing the music on any other platform after the NFT drop, or if so, which platform is? What are you thinking about that?

[00:57:10.990] – Speaker 8  – Jim Jones

It depends on the terms on how we actually do the NFT. I think it’s great to release it as NFT because you have so many people that has value ownership in it and we release it on other distribution platforms. I think that they make more money for the actual holders and things like that, but we’ll see how we negotiate the terms of actually how to end up goes and works out.

[00:57:37.090] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

Definitely an interesting play. So one other good question. I’d love to kind of just hear your thoughts on was if there’s only 10,000 of the NFTs and obviously you have a huge fan base and you got more fans than 10,000, what about the other people who would love to own it above and beyond the 10,000? What happens to them? What happens to the distribution around that? Like Cassie had this really crazy story about community and then people come together for the music, but I want to hear shape from your mouth. What do you think? What about the other folks who don’t make it in time?

[00:58:13.870] – Speaker 8  – Jim Jones

That’s why we have an NFT. This is a sacred thing. So the people who were smart enough to buy it to the NFT that’s something that they own, that they can create value from and sell it for a higher price point if they choose to. Now this is why we bring into other distribution platforms. So we still give other people a chance to stream it or a chance to download it. The ownership won’t amount to nothing, but just for them to listen to the great music that they love, but it still adds value to the NFT owners.

[00:58:42.250] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

Awesome.

[00:58:43.230] – Speaker 2 – Andy Perez

Absolutely. Jim, I have a question for you. I’m not sure if you’ve seen with Snoop Dogg taking control of Death Row, and Earl mentioned this earlier in the talk. He’s pulled his albums. All the classic Row albums have been pulled from the streaming services. Is this something that you potentially see yourself doing in the future? Maybe pulling your albums off of the streaming services and then possibly re-releasing them as NFPs and for your own albums? And are there any thoughts in doing something with all the Dipset albums?

[00:59:22.390] – Speaker 8  – Jim Jones

Well, Dipset albums. I don’t have ownership of the Dipset albums. As for myself, I don’t think I’ll be doing that with any of my older albums. I don’t see the need for me to do that. As for right now, moving forward, I plan on creating just for NFP purposes and things like that.

[00:59:41.510] – Speaker 2 – Andy Perez

Absolutely. I love that your whole thing is giving back to the fans and doing it through NFTs and giving them that opportunity to engage with you. I think it’s huge and it’s opening up a lot of opportunities for everybody.

[00:59:58.730] – Speaker 8 – Jim Jones

Well, I think this would be a unique way to push an NFT initiative out, especially when it comes to music and for fans that love music. Like I said, if I could get close to some of my paper arts when I was coming up, that would be definitely something  I want to definitely invest my time and invest my money, and I think it’s a great thing overall.

[01:00:19.310] – Speaker 2 – Andy Perez

Definitely. I have another question for you, Jim. You mentioned the artist that you would want to do a collaboration with would be Tupac. I’m a huge Tupac fan. He’s my favorite rapper personally.

If you can be featured on one of his songs, which song would that be?

[01:00:39.950] – Speaker 8  – Jim Jones

So many Tupac  songs. That’s a hard question to ask me, but I’m definitely had an Tupac to help shape my childhood when I was coming up, and if it was a chance for us to do those things when I was coming up, I definitely would have did everything possible to try to get that done.

[01:00:59.110] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

After this conversation, I play a little bit of piano, but you guys have inspired me. I’m going to go learn the chord to Changes.

[01:01:11.530] – Speaker 2 – Andy Perez

I remember one of the first chords I learned was Ambitions as a Writer class song. And just the way the album starts. Perfect.

[01:01:27.810] – Speaker 8  – Jim Jones

Is there any more questions? I get ready to bust a move, man. I hope to see everybody out there next week in LA for the grand unveiling. Have some music, have some vibes. I will be performing. This energy is definitely something different that we touch in the market with. I hope everybody definitely takes a chance out to really look at what we got going on and maybe you might pop up in the studio with me and get a chance to experience something like none ever.

[01:01:57.250] – Speaker 5 – @Slimsuli

I just want to let you know that the top tier that I’m going to be doing.

[01:02:12.710] – Speaker 8 – Jim Jones

That sounds good, man. Look forward to next week and having some fun.

[01:02:18.890] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

Absolutely. So thank you so much for joining our show, guys. We’re getting close to the top of the hour here. Jim, side of respect for your time. Thank you so much for coming, man. You just dropped some major wisdom bombs on us. That’s huge. And the ability to work with an artist that you want to work with, this is an opportunity of a lifetime. So folks who are learning about the NFT, learning about the crypto space, learning about blockchain space, take this opportunity definitely to take a look at that one of one. You’re getting that studio time with Jim. You’re getting that, you’re getting the artwork. You’re getting that recognition and that ownership. Jim, thank you so much. Any parting words before you get ready to go?

[01:03:00.370] – Speaker 8  – Jim Jones

Oh, man, I appreciate everybody. Next week we dropping come on now or get on the computer and try to get some of this NFT that we got going.  Shout out to ZapTheory and everybody who helped me bring this thing possible and enjoy yourself.

[01:03:21.810] – Speaker 6 – @tokenoma_

Thank you, Jim. All right, now, take care.

[01:03:25.010] – Speaker 2 – Andy Perez

All right, Jim, thanks.

[01:03:26.790] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

Take care. All right, folks, just to wrap up the show here, just to talk through again the opportunity for the NFP drop that’s coming up. And then we’ll bring up some other questions we got going here. Andy, do you want to just wrap up here with the talking through what the four tiers are again? And if they want more information, how do they get more information?

[01:03:52.170] – Speaker 2 – Andy Perez

Absolutely. So we’re going to have four tiers. Tier four is going to be a digital collectible of the song digital money that’ll be available there’s 10,000 units. They’re going to be priced in the $20 range. It is going to be available for purchase with STARS tokens, which is the native token to Mogul Productions Marketplace. Next, from tier four, we got the tier three, which will have Metaverse studio session with Quarantine Studios, which is Jim Jones studio and production team. So there’ll be 40 opportunities for token holders to get in on that. And then we have tier two, which will be an in person studio session with Jim’s production team, which there will be five units available for that one. And the one on one, which is going to be really amazing. You get that one on one studio session with Jim. You’ll get a feature verse from Jim. You get the one on one art piece as well, the mural that was created by the talented artists that we have here on the stage. And like Jim said earlier, I hope everybody caught it. You never know what’s going to happen in a studio session.

[01:05:11.370] – Speaker 2 – Andy Perez

You never know who’s going to pop up. And so you might have your second favorite star in the studio session with you. And these are opportunities of a lifetime. And one lucky token holder will get that feature from Jim. We’ll have a total of six people that will have the opportunity to have this very unique opportunity to be in a session with him and his team. So we’re very excited to be able to put this together.

[01:05:45.670] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

Absolutely. It’s not every day you get the chance to work with some of this caliber. It’s not every day that you get the opportunity to then learn from some of this caliber. And not only that, but then to have them really collaborate with you and be part of your track. And like you were saying, you never know who’s going to be at the studio. You never know who might walk in that unto itself is like a life changing, career changing, trajectory changing opportunity. So if you’re really interested in the music space and this is your genre, this is your space, this is definitely an opportunity not to be wasted. Definitely. Thank you so much for everybody for coming on board. The artists. ZapTheory. Andy from Business Dev. I appreciate you coming on board and helping out with the show. Jim has already said hello and goodbye, so that’s fantastic. We are looking forward to the drop next week. Thank you to all the listeners who are out here coming to listen to us. I appreciate you all for coming to the show. We’re getting close to the top of the hour. We got about six minutes left.

[01:06:49.250] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

If anyone has any further questions or parting remarks or anything else you’d want to bring to the stage.

[01:06:59.810] – Speaker 2 – Andy Perez

Next week, Jim will be performing on Wednesday, March 30 at NFT LA at 05:30 P.m.. At this time, the Mint will go live. So you will have the opportunity to Mint Digital Money at 530 Pacific Time on the Mogul Productions website or Marketplace. If anybody has any questions about Mogul Productions, visit our link is in our bio. We have videos explaining how to acquire STARS tokens. Feel free to engage with the community. We’re on Discord. We’re in Telegram. You can message us on Twitter or on Instagram. We’re available to answer any questions and we definitely want to open the floor up to anybody else who has any questions about getting Digital Money next week.

[01:07:57.590] – Speaker 5 – @Slimsuli

I wanted to just make a statement as well as the art that we have. It’s a snippet of Digital Money on there. So all of this is we have collaboration of it, but it’s all on every something that you definitely have to get. Make sure you tell people about it because it’s like priceless to go viral. So help us take it to the place where it needs to be.

[01:08:33.090] – Speaker 3 – Cassie Hinnen-Neal

Collect all four.

[01:08:41.110] – Speaker 5 – @Slimsuli

All right, folks, we definitely appreciate you all look out for us. We’ll be around.

[01:08:53.950] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

Absolutely.

[01:08:55.690] – Speaker 2 – Andy Perez

Definitely. We’d like everybody that’s in the room to follow the artists behind the artwork. For these NFTS because they really put together some really beautiful art. I’ve been able to get a sneak peek just being on the business side. So I’ve gotten a sneak peek of the art of the artwork and it’s really amazing work. And so I just want to give it up to all the artists that got together to put these four pieces together.

[01:09:26.170] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

Thanks, everybody.

[01:09:29.690] – Speaker 5 – @Slimsuli

If you look at the ZapTheory icon, that’s one of the pieces that we call the mural Capo mural, that you acquire. So that’s the top prize right there.

[01:09:54.190] – Speaker 2 – Andy Perez

Slim, how long did it take for that mural to be completed?

[01:09:59.170] – Speaker 5 – @Slimsuli

This graphic?

[01:09:59.990] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

Here.

[01:10:04.130] – Speaker 5 – @Slimsuli

The graphic for me to do an actual mural for that actual well, this right here is a different graphic, but a mural can take anywhere to three weeks, depending on the size. Something small to be two weeks.

[01:10:32.410] – Speaker 2 – Andy Perez

That’s a long time. That’s a long time. That’s amazing.

[01:10:35.710] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

That’s a lot of hard work. Blood sweat and of tears

[01:10:38.950] – Speaker 5 – @Slimsuli

Oh, yeah. We do this. Jay golden, he’s also a mural as well.

[01:10:46.010] – Speaker 2 – Andy Perez

Where can we find your murals?

[01:10:48.950] – Speaker 5 – @Slimsuli

Well, most of my murals live in North, New Jersey, brick city, but I’m working on a mural in a Plainfield at Church for, Well Impact Church, and that’s my latest mural. I have murals inside of school, like five Academy,. We has murals all over. We travel the world, so we have a great team, but he’s one of the best animators on the planet. He helped us put this stuff together. Came together like Wu Tang.

[01:11:39.310] – Speaker 2 – Andy Perez

I was about to say. Came together like Ultron.

[01:11:42.190] – Speaker 4 – Jay Golding

Yeah, definitely.

[01:11:44.990] – Speaker 5 – @Slimsuli

The lion is not the card.

[01:11:51.810] – Speaker 1 – Earl Flormata

02:06 – ZapTheory

Hello, everyone, thank you for joining the conversation. Excited for today’s discussion around NFTs and fashion. Metaverse, where we’re headed where we are. And we’re honored to have Julianne Moore join us for this conversation, as well as a number of other exciting speakers. We’d like to begin with some “Thank you”s to a number of folks who brought this all together. We have Live Rocket who has pioneered the commerce and crypto and content creation. In a moment, we’ll hear from Live Rocket, specifically Mark Bozak, to share what Live Rocket is up to.

Of course, we have Cameron who interviewed Julianne Moore during a session at the Live Rocket studio. And both of those interviews air on a commercial live on television and of course will be airing tonight. We also have Larsa Pippen who has her own fashion line, and is an expert in the crypto and fashion industry joining us, as well as RMeta Labs. Andrew, who’s one of the co founders and will be pioneering just crypto in general, NFTs in particular. We have Daniel Leslie, the designer of Since3000, who worked together with a number of folks, including Isaac, who more specifically created the particular designs that they reimagined what the dresses will look like in the year 3000.

Of course, that will be dropped on the Mogul platform. And so we’ll hear from Mogul to share with us how the auction is going to work. We have Nicole Buffett, whose design reimagine in created in abstract interpretation of the dresses, and that will be dropped on the Drawstring NFT marketplace. All of the charity will be in benefit of the Actors Fund. So we’re excited to come together for an incredible opportunity to raise funds for such an incredible cause with the Actors Fund. We’d like to most importantly, thank Laura Eastwood, who started off the entire campaign with a vision that she and Cameron had. A conversation around what it might look like to partake,  what would normally happen in a traditional world of fundraising for the Actors Fund, Inc, and the NFT spin to it and allow more people to get their hands on it. So thank you, Laura, for being a visionary and seeing this opportunity to raise more money for the Actors Fund. And as a result, we’re here today to do just that.

We’d like to start by bringing up Mark Bozak, who was the former CEO of Home Shopping Network, and now he’s up to something even more exciting, which is Live Rocket. So Mark loves to share, if you could just share some thoughts around what Live Rocket is up to and kick off the conversation

05:50 Mark Bozak

Thank you. And thank you for this really great opportunity to be here on on Twitter spaces. We’re really excited.  Live Rocket launched about six months ago. And we are a commerce and content platform that broadcasts from the seaport down in New York City. And it’s all exclusive product. That’s both real actual product, as well as what we’re discussing today, these amazing dresses that the great Julianne Moore, an Oscar winning actress has agreed to present. We interviewed her a couple of weeks ago.  Cameron did. We’re going to introduce him in just a moment. But we’re really grateful to have this opportunity. The NFT space is one that’s incredibly exciting. The idea that Julianne has come together with Ms. Eastwood  to allow these dresses and these incredibly great reimagined NFTs to be auctioned off. And to benefit The Actors Fund is nothing but good, particularly on the day when it’s the Oscars. And it’s all very, very exciting. And and so.

So I think yes, Julianne is here. And Cameron, I think is also here. And I think we’ll turn it over to Cameron and he can have a conversation with with, Julianne. Cameron is part of a new show that we’ve launched onLive Rocket, which is on Live Rocket comm called Fine Silver. This is the first sort of segment that we’re doing with them. We’re incredibly grateful to the people at Shutterstock, who have been with us all along the way through this entire process and amazing, amazing company and an amazing team of incredible artists who put together these segments and these commercials that are running on ABC in the pre show tonight. And so without further ado,I will turn it over to Cameron and to Julianne hello to both of you.

07:46 Cameron Silver

Good morning from Palm Springs.

07:50

Welcome Cameron. How are you doing? Well, I thank you and Julianne, are you there today?

08:10 Julianne Moore

Good morning fromLong  island.

08:15 Cameron Silver

Well, I’m in Palm Springs, it’s Oscar Sunday.

How appropriate for us to be speaking about some of your gorgeous red carpet gowns. My first question I have for you is what are you going to wear tonight for the Oscars, if you’re watching at home,

08:33 Julianne Moore

I’m probably gonna wear what I have on now, which is just a pair of yoga pants and a T-shirt. Because I am at home and I’m super excited. I always love to watch.  I love to see what people are wearing. Of course, I’m cheering for everybody involved. It’s a big night, you know, in our business. It’s a wonderful night to celebrate everybody’s work. And of course, the fashion is always you know, off the charts. So I’m excited about that, too.

And speaking of fashion, and actors, this project really came together because you were moving and, had a storage had storage of some of your spectacular red carpet gowns. And we got connected. And I wanted you to tell a little bit about The Actors Fund, because The Actors Fund has been so integral, especially for the last two years. Especially for stage actors.

Julianne Moore

Yeah, but let me let me sort of start at the beginning. Really what happened was like everybody else heard during the pandemic I was kind of going through, going through possessions and sorting them at a certain point, we decided we were going to make it this big move. And so I went into my basement where I had a big cedar eater closet. And in that cedar closet, I had lots of these beautiful gowns. And as I was looking at them, I was thinking, I’m probably never going to wear these again and I’d like to do something with them.

I’d like to do something meaningful. And of course, it was at a time when a lot of people were really struggling, particularly people who depended on on audiences and live work.  Nobody in that in that world was working at all. And there were people who kind of forced to leave their homes and move back home who had to change careers. It was a really, really tough time for people. So when I was thinking about what to do with these dresses, I thought, well, wouldn’t it be great if I could auction them somehow, and then donate the money to The Actors Fund, which is this tremendous organization that provides a safety net for everybody in theater and television, music and radio, dance and film for people who are really affected.  And in times of economic strife. You know. So I was kind of looking around trying to figure out how to do this.  I connected with you, and you very, very graciously said that you would help me and so now here we are.

10:48 Cameron Silver

Exactly and into the Metaverse also.. Because, in addition to these red carpet gowns that we’ll describe a little bit in detail, there will be an opportunity to raise additional money through NFTs of your gown. I think I can confidently say that neither of us are NFT Experts.

Julianne Moore

No, we are not.

11:13 Cameron Silver

But we’re very lucky that my friend, Laurie Eastwood made the introduction to N***  and now we have this wonderful opportunity to scale the fundraising for The Actors Fund. And we’ve chosen three of your gowns to turn into NFTs. How did you initially make the edit of the gown? So then let’s discuss why these particular three ones are, are so important in terms of of fashion and collectability.

Julianne Moore

Well, they’re there. First of all, I mean, their gowns that I was really, I was just thrilled to have the opportunity to wear. And they’re, they’re designed by two really important designers by Riccardo Tisci, who was designing at Givench. That’s where he made these gowns.

And Nicolas Ghesquière, who was a Balenciaga at the time and, and the pink Balenciaga was one that I wore to the Paris premiere of A Single Man in 2010.

And of the Riccardo dresses, one was a dress that I wore the SAG Awards when I when I went to SAG Award for Still Alice and the other one was a snake embellishment that I wore in the red carpet opening night of the Cannes Film Festival. So they’re all gowns that I wore to really important events in my life. And they were gowns that made me feel fantastic. There’s really really special beautiful fabrics.  Each of these gowns are one of a kind. They’re couture,  so people will be able to bid on them. But the idea that we were able to as you said scale these with NFTs and give everybody else an opportunity to experience them and an opportunity to ….

13:35  Mark Bozak

… let me say this Cameron. This is Mark Bozak again.  For a lot of us, it’s the first time that we’re doing this Twitter Spaces audio thing. And she’s way out on Long Island. So perhaps there’s an issue with that but I mean, the idea of these dresses that she looks so spectacular in.  And even it all happened really quickly. That she got together with ZapTheory and mogul and took to create these of these dresses and it’s just it’s really nice. ..

14:30  Cameron Silver

I have one question. I and we had a wonderful discussion with Amy Fine Collins for Fine Silver. And one of the questions I had meant to ask you was… Are there any gowns you will keep forever?

Such as like the one won your first Oscar?

Julianne Moore

Thank you my first Oscar. That was very that was very generous of you, Cameron . Thank you.

14:56 Cameron Silver

I’m cautiously optimistic.

15:00 Julianne Moore

Well, I definitely still have that one. And I imagine now I will keep it and maybe I’ll donate it to the Academy museum or something at some point.  You know, because obviously I will not be wearing

it again. I actually do have a dress, a couture dress that was made made for me by Miuccia Prada years ago that she wanted me to wear it to an award show.  And I ended up not wearing it to just keep the dress anyway.  And then I was married in it so I kept that one too.

Yeah, it was lucky.

So I mean as I love, I mean I love fashion, I love clothes, but I’m not a real collector of pieces because I feel like they need to be worn and appreciated or to live somewhere to be seen. I hate the idea of them being kind of like stuffed away like in a closet somewhere.

15:52 Cameron Silver

And will you have a thrill when you might see the jewel couture serpent gown going up the stairs, possibly the next costume it’s worn worn by worn by an actress or a fashion collector or, or it could even be a virtual personality.

Julianne Moore

That would make me feel great.

You know, I mean things are when when things are made like this, they’re they’re made to be worn. They’re made to be seen and to be enjoyed. So it’s wonderful. I think it’s a certainly sustainable, I think that that idea that we used to have that something was supposed to be only worn once  is an out of date idea. I think it’s wonderful for things to continue to have life on other people.

16:38  Cameron Silver

Exactly. And you have such extraordinary taste. And you’re such an outstanding talent. So I’m excited to see how your style evolution continues.  Because now that you’ve done a closet edit, there’s so many nice person new things and…

And I do want to point out for everyone who’s listening that this is an auction that starts on Sunday, April 3, and ultimately ends on the 10th. And there are so many ways to participate in the fundraising. There, there are the NFTs.   There are more affordable options with the mugs that are inspired by the dresses, and Warren Buffett’s granddaughter, Nicole designed those mugs. So there’s so many different ways that…

One of the I think the most interesting things I find about NFTs is that it really does democratize fashion, high fashion and couture. So, you know, for those who may not be as aware of the process about couture, these are gowns that are completely handmade.  They’re one of a kind, and they’re price prohibitive. And it is just such a small population that will ever be able to afford. So I love that the NFTs are making them a more virtually accessible way.

Julianne Moore

Yeah, accessible. Absolutely. I mean, and also know that, you know, I’m not of that population that can afford to buy a Couture dress, you know, when one of one of the kind of fortunate things about being an actor is that we have access to these fashion houses and that people dress us to these to these, you know, award ceremonies. So to have to have that experience of being in a couture house, to to work with these people who are making clothes, designed and making them by hand. And when you say made by hand, you can turn a Couture dress inside out and actually look at the stitches that somebody has made, you know, one by one by one.  I mean they really are spectacular. So you’re right, because so few people have access to something like that. Number one, it’s exciting for me to then offer this piece to somebody who might be able to buy the dress.  And number two, the NFTs suddenly make it easy to allow you have a piece of this experience in your own life.

Cameron Silver

And regardless of your size or age or shape. Everyone can have that red carpet experience, which I’m sure the reel of going up the step at the Cannes Film Festival or holding your SAG Award in these gowns. I would imagine these gowns have so much emotion in them because they were born in such joyful times.

Julianne Moore

Yeah, they really do. You know, I mean they, you know, they…I think the experience of wearing the dress goes hand in hand with the experience that evening of that particular point in your life.

It’s It’s kind and I think that’s why we love material things sometimes. You know, it’s not because of the object itself. It’s because of the feelings that It elicits in you.

Maybe that’s why we even love the red carpet. You know, we love, we love the beauty and we love the glamour. But also we’re experiencing the excitement of the people. As they’re participating, as I know, that’s why I love to watch the Oscars. Like I said, I’m happy to be sitting on my couch and my, my yoga pants and T shirt, and I’m still having that experience along with them. So, it is an emotional experience. And it’s fun to participate in.

20:31 Laura Eastwood

I wanted to jump in and say something, if I may. I think these gowns are works of art. I mean, having my relationship in the fashion industry over the years, they are true pieces of art worn by artists. And I think Cameron understands this very well. I’m a firm believer in recycling. I’ve been wearing vintage since I was 19. So there’s nothing for me more thrilling to be able to go into a vintage store and pick up something gorgeous, that I can afford.

I think your idea Julianne was absolutely genius. And I was very touched. Because The Actors Fund is a stellar organization. And as you pointed out very eloquently, it’s  much needed. And I thought it was extremely generous. And I was thrilled to be able to, you know, with Cameron over lunch, say, wait a minute, why don’t we generate even more money for The Actors Fund by creating an NFT which is, again, a new art form, it’s a baby art form, it’s brand new. And as you said, it allows other people in a different context to be part of it and to have that. So I think it’s very exciting to be say something

Mark Bozak

This is Mark again. Probably something that I don’t know if Julianne I was wanting to after she noticed but the reimagined NFTs are sort of what these dresses may have looked like in the year 3000. But one thing that we wanted to make sure that they all had a certain homage to you. And can you tell what part of that might be in these in these new dresses? It might have something to do with?

Laura Eastwood

You can see it? You can see I could see it.

Julianne Moore

You mean, my I mean my hair.

Laura Eastwood

And in those great sunglasses or whatever…. I just watched something recently that somebody asked me to see.. The virtual classes? So yeah, I thought that was very cool. And there was definitely a Julianne in the images. It was very obvious.

Julianne Moore

I loved it. I loved it. And honestly, I’m so touched by everyone’s generosity. I mean, this is really, it’s it’s so special to have like, gone down in your basement one day and start pulling things out of dress bags and think what I do and suddenly find yourself in a community of people all working to raise money for The Actors Fund you know, through this gesture. So to me, I’m just I’m blown away by all of you. And by all of this, this enthusiasm. And I’m so excited about this auction.  And it feels really good. It feels like you’re able to make it make you know, make a difference.

Mark Bozak

Julianne for a startup company like like Live Rocket, we can’t tell you how honored we were to have you in our studio that just had opened two months before you cam. In there that very cold day we were shooting.  But it was a really true honor that, you do this and that you agreed to do it. And it’s come together.

23:46 Julianne Moore

It’s wonderful. Thank you so much for including me, it really it’s been so terrific with this experience. And I just I couldn’t be happier about it. Honestly. Thank you.,

Laura Eastwood

I’m very excited more to the fact that it’s going to continue on we’re going to be doing the challenge with and the next three and the next three. I’m looking to the future here. And I’m very, very, very excited about it.

Julianne Moore

That’s right, we have a lot of dresses.

24:19 Cameron Silver

And this is Cameron again, I will be curious. Which nominees are presenters or attendees will participate in what are the future incarnations of of this program of dresses that are seen on the red carpet, the Oscars are Vanity Fair, Elton John.  So  I think Julianne will have inspired a lot of your tremendously talented colleagues to recognize the power of fashion for change.

Mark Bozak

And you’ll be able to watch the red carpet shows now and in the future. Julianne on in camera, where you can actually watch the previous and just click on a screen and actually have the dress remade for you as an NFT or as a dress while you’re watching the actual red carpet. So the thing may take on a whole, entirely new meaning.

25:13 Julianne Moore

So it’s exciting. It’s really exciting to think that this week could have launched something like that I’m, I’m, I’m thrilled.

Cameron Silver

Well, my NFT of my red carpet look, tonight will be a pair of sweats and T shirts.

So, I don’t think I’ll raise a lot of money in my house.

But I’m looking forward to watching the Oscars. And I’m looking forward to the success that will bring to The Actors Fund through your generous contribution and vision. Because you are an artist who’s also participating in a new form of art with NFTs. So it’s so cutting edge and exciting. And I still don’t really understand any of it. But, if we raise a lot of money for The Actors Fund, I’m okay. I’m okay playing dumb.

26:00  Julianne Moore

Yeah, that’s right. Is that raising? Yeah, contributing the actor Spanish really? Isn’t that the best part? Right. It’s just it’s wonderful.

Cameron Silver

Yeah. Is there anything else you wanted to ask of Julianne? Or I’d begin to get into hair and makeup for our virtual red carpet. As you watch the Oscars at home.

26:20 Mark Bozak

Cameron let me say thank you and to everybody that know to thank previously.  Especially to N*** and Mogul. And certainly to Julianne.  You’ve been really generous on this Sunday afternoon to spend time with us on this Twitter Space discussion. And we’re wildly grateful for  all you’ve done. And we’ll see in the next week or so here, what comes of the actual auction, which is the next exciting part after all the awards are given out tonight.

26:48  Julianne Moore

Wonderful, thank you so much. Thank you for having me.

Very good. Thank you so much.

26:54  Julianne Moore

Bye

26:56 – ZapTheory

For everyone else listening and thank you, Julianne, I’m really going to continue the conversation about this, in particular, as well as the NFT space in general, fashion in general.  We’d love to provide more context and add more color to these particular gowns that were created.  Rather the reimagination. So I’d love to start off by bringing to the conversation,  Danielle Leslie, who reimagined the first tier, which is the one of one of the dresses with her latest projects Since3000.

And so, Danielle, if you wouldn’t mind just sharing some thoughts around what Since3000 entails. How did you go about reimagining working hand in hand with Isaac the designer to create the magical piece of art that will be auctioned off.  So if you could share some thoughts here, we’d appreciate it.

27:49 Danielle Leslie

Yeah, absolutely. Thank you so much for having me. This is my first Twitter Spaces. So it’s really an honor to be here. And the first of many, so thank you so much. We had the opportunity to come in and, you know, play, I think, a small role, you guys all laid a great foundation for us to come in and kind of do what we saw. And so the inspiration for Since3000, is just thinking about kind of my personal journey last year. You know, really being faced with the question of who am I?  After coming out of a seven year relationship. And through that journey, I realized the power of integrating the lessons of the past, the awareness of the present and the promise of the future. And so Since3000, is inspired by all of that work and facing that question of who am I.  Clap if you can relate. If you’ve been faced with that question, especially post COVID. And so with these, through that journey, I realized I’ve always been fascinated just by identity. So my previous life was in web 2, helping people turn their stories into, you know, teachable frameworks online courses. Now entering web 3, I’m seeing this opportunity to use web 3as a platform to get closer to who we are. And so these designs, I, I found Isaac, who is an amazing designer, who you’ll get a chance to hear more specifically what he created. But when I spoke with him about the designs, I said, can we reimagine them for this place Since3000. And this is a place you can access at any time to connect with your past, present and future self simultaneously. Be in conversation with them, be in proximity with them, and really be the fullest self most self expressed version of you. So if you look at the designs, one of the things I offered to him was, you know, can we reimagine the gowns as oversized gowns, you know, because women today more than ever are taking up more space in the conversation in the world. Julianne Moore is an example of that, you know, she’s had this tremendous career. If you look…

Got her feet, she has all these causes she’s giving a voice to. So I wanted the garments to reflect how we as women are taking up more space. And we also are really driven to combine everything with physical fashion, digital fashion. So this was an opportunity to do that. Yeah, so I think those are those were kind of the initial thoughts we have with these designs.

30:24- ZapTheory

Amazing. Thank you for that. I certainly want to go deeper in a moment, I want to first just give an opportunity for a few others to speak. But I want to circle back to the craftsmanship, or the craft woman ship in creating this magical piece of art.

The next speaker I’d love to bring up is Nicole Buffett, who is not only top 50, Fortune NFT artists, also the granddaughter of Warren Buffett, she reinterpreted, rather and created an abstract interpretation of the pieces. So Nicole, if you wouldn’t mind just here with some thoughts about how you were able to see the dresses and how you as an artist, were able to reinterpret it in your abstract fashion.

Nicole Buffett

Hi, thank you so much.

First, I just I really want to thank Laura, for introducing me to Zap Theory. And this has just been such an amazing adventure. So yeah, so these paintings I selected. I just you know what fascinates me so much about the metaverse is that it’s really a space of generosity and collaboration. So, to me, this is such a futuristic ac.  You know, we’re all like really joining together as artists and collaborators and moving into the future. So these paintings are these orbs of space.  Where it’s kind of earthy, it’s celestial, there’s color. And it’s really about this like, kind of galactic function. And I love what Julianne was saying about really, it’s about the feeling. And that everything that we create the object, the physical object, whether it’s a digital image, a dress, meta fashion.  It’s really about a feeling and having access to that feeling. And I just love that this place is creating access for all of us to feel into new a new world of connection. So I’m just so honored that I can contribute my work to the actress.

32:26 – ZapTheory

Amazing, thank you. I love it.  So Danielle since 3000 reimagine dresses will drop on mogul platform, and Nicole buffets abstract interpretation will drop on Drawstring platform. So let’s start with Mogul. If you can just share with us how the auction works. And then we’ll bring up Drawstring after

Earl Flormata

Hey everyone, this is Earl Flormata here from Mogul. I’m the chief marketing officer.  Very honored to have been a part of this project and very excited about the opportunity to be able to raise money for the charity.

For the Mogul platform, we’re the ones putting up the the NFTs for the dress themselves. And in regards to for folks who are unfamiliar with NFTs, we’ve got a really good community out here do that help support and help educate people on how to participate in the auction itself. So if you go over to Mogulproductions.com, click on our marketplace, you can actually view the collection for #GownsForGood which is what  we ended up calling the the structure here.

And you can actually see when the auction is going to be going to be dropped.  You can see that there’s a countdown timer on there. And you can even pop in there and actually have a reminder sent to you for your email. But yeah, I’m really encouraging everybody to come on board, jump into the Mogul.  I guess, structure.  Jump into our Mogul Discord channel, jump into our Twitter. And let us support you guys and educate you on how to purchase the NFTs and how to be a part of this, and how to make a bid in the auction.

34:01- ZapTheory

Amazing. Thank you.

So thank you Mogul for helping.  We provide the tech in all of the structure for the one on ones. And just to add a little more color around how that works.  When you purchase the NFT, or rather you bid on it. And the bidding actually begins next Sunday. So we have the next week to kind of just put your information in.  You can go either go to GownsForGood.io , and there you’ll be able to get the listing.  Or you can go directly to Mogull to submit your information to receive an update for when the bidding begins, which will start next Sunday.  The starting price will begin at $20,000. And when you purchase the NFT you not only receive the Since3000 NFT, which is part of the Since3000 collection that Danielle recently spoke about.  But you’ll also receive the actual gown itself.  And two of the gowns are Givenchy. One of them’s Balenciaga. And so imagine having a gown worn by none other than Julianne Moore. How incredible that is.

So that’s a gift. And of course, you can always potentially resell your NFT down the line if you chose to do so and keep the gown. So that’s an incredible opportunity that we’re excited about.

Then we have the tier two NFT which are, which include a mug.  The mug is for soul for sale $100. And the of course, the funding goes to The Actors Fund. And on the mug, you’ll get not only a Live Rocket logo, but more importantly  you will receive an image of Nicole Buffett’s abstract interpretation of the dresses. And if you go to GownsForGood.io , you’ll see all of the artwork that was created. And not only do you receive the mug to enjoy their coffee every morning, and be graced by Nicole’s magic.  You’ll also receive her NFT. And that will live on the near blockchain on specifically the Drawstring marketplace. I’d love to invite the Drawstring marketplace to the stage to share how that works and how folks who purchase the mug will be able to redeem their NFT.

36:11 Drawstring: Kenny

Awesome. Awesome. Great to be up here. Love to be able to help out for The Actors Fund. This is awesome. So what we bring to the table and kind of the problem that we solve is I’m sure a lot of people just like Julianne was saying they’re not, NFT experts or having to figure out how to get a wallet, all that. So we’ve completely eliminated the barrier of entry and the signup process. So when you actually do purchase the mug, the NFT will come to you in an email.  You will literally get a claim link. You click the link. The NFT part of the NFT that you purchase will pop up and it says create a wallet to get it.  You essentially put in your email and password and you have a wallet with an NFT that you can now take back to the platform, buy, sell and trade, all that kind of good stuff. So  we’ve really tried to make it easy for users and really bring NFTs at scale. We’re really trying to push global adoption of NFTs and also highlight, you know, utility and other things that these NFT’s can give you in real world. So that’s, you know, that’s really the problem, you know, the master problem that we are solving here.

37:19- ZapTheory

Awesome. Thank you, Kenny.   Kenny’s the fearless leader, Drawstring marketplace. And what I’m also excited about is that it’s on the NEAR protocol blockchain, which allows it to be essentially almost gasless on the marketplace itself. And so once you purchase the mug for $100, and can easily swipe your card and get a hold of the mug, you receive the NFT and the easy, seamless fashion. So you don’t need to be a crypto guru you. It’s easy step, click the link and you’ll redeem it. And by the way, for perspective, all of Nicole’s pieces start off at least at 025 ETHh, which, if you’re calculating in US dollars, that’s something around $500- $600- $700 depending on the price of Ethereum. And, you know, Nicole has done so much incredible work. She’s known for more specifically her Spirit Coins, which the floor price is around 2 ETH. So to be able to get your hands on a Nicole Buffett  NFT is absolutely incredible. And the fact that it’s only $100, is a steal. And so that’s fantastic, as well. Thank you, Kenny at Drawstring

Live Rocket

Our quick question here.  Of all the things that you just said which I now understand more than I did six months ago… The one thing that I find really interesting that I’d love for you to just explained from any of the anyone on here that doesn’t understand…

What does gasless mean?

Drawstring: Kenny

Yeah, so GASLESS means that there’s no charge to buy, sell or trade NTFs. Rright now on Ethereum they have something called gas fees, which is pretty much  a surcharge on using their network. The NEAR protocol on your blockchain, which is a blockchain that we built on, is really all about scalability and allowing users to buy, sell, even create their own collections. You know, right on our platform you’ll be able to mnt NFTs for free,  create your own collections, use the technology cleanly  and everything that we’re using for everybody as well. And that’s that’s essentially what you know, it’s not charging to use.

Sure, yeah. I mean, check out the you guys if you would.  Check out the Drawstring platform or we’re launching our marketplace live next week.  And you’ll be able to mint your first NFT for free.

Laura Eastwood

Now that’s just amazing. I think that’s fabulous. Thank you.

– ZapTheory

And by the way, Follow Drawstring.  They have a number of exciting drops. This is one of many exciting celebrities and personalities that will be dropping on the platform in similarity with Mogul.  Mogul is known for being a NFT marketplace for film in particular, but also a number of celebrities in general.

There’s another drop Moguls we’re collaborating with on.  With Jim Jones. Which will take place at NFT LA. So if any of the folks here are going to be in LA and NFTLA, not only are we going to be there , you’ll be able to see Jim Jones perform.

More specifically, you’ll see the dresses on display at our booth. So if you’re at NFTLA, make sure to stop by the ZapTheory booth. And check out the physical dresses itself. Danielle will be at NFTLA. So will Laura, Nicole Buffett.  You’ll be able to meet Nicole in person. Everyone who everyone who’s speaking here, will be present. So for sure, stop by.

We love to invite a few other prominent personalities to speak.

So we have Andrew, RMeta Labs, who assists with this marketing campaign. So we’d love to hear your thoughts, Andrew. And I know you have a few other folks on the call.  We’d love to hear some thoughts on just overall what this project in particular. But the crypto space fashion and FTEs in how does the world look from your lens?

RMeta Labs

Yeah, thank you very much, Noel. And this is Andrew Rosen, the CEO of  RMeta Labs. And I’m happy to be up here on Oscar Sunday. And I appreciate being included in this revolutionary drop for a great cause The Actors Fund But also importantly, as the first NFT specific commercial going to be aired on TV. So I think we’re all making history here. And we know how important in first is in the NFT space. So I think there’s a congratulations in order for everybody.

But what RMeta Labs  is is we’re a web 3 integration and media production organization. So we really like to focus on real world utility. And what I mean by utility is, such as this drop, where it’s for charity, and it comes with a real world asset. And it’s not just a NFT drop, that builds out unrealistic roadmap and builds up the utility afterwards. It’s a copycat industry. So staking or farming or building out these video games after successful drop is what the industry is sort of focusing on as utility.

But I think this Julianne Moore dropped really exemplifies how real world utility, and how this NFT technology can interact with sort of a human interface, and affect real world behavior. And I’ll give you a couple of examples that we’re working on in this space. Sort of mirrors what’s happening with this drop. So this year, Pride NYC is actually be co funded by the people. The largest LGBTQ community, called Vix Trillions is our NFT drop. And no longer will it just be large organizations, as the presenting sponsor or representing that  community. It  will actually be the people buying the NFTs who will be invited onto the floats. If you’re a 14 or 15 year old kid in school and you’re being bullied and you have this NFT you can come into the discord you can come into the community can speak to celebrities are thought leaders in the industry. And they can talk to you about sort of where the future lies when you’re just in high school and you’ll get through this. Other projects we’re working on sort of where utility matters a lot is PIA, so players inc. authentication. Historically, with sports memorabilia, you would get a card as a certificate of authenticity. Now with PIA which is dropping in three months, you’ll actually see the celebrity or the athlete, signing with a piece of memorabilia. airdropped for free as a NFT for you. So that’s what I mean by real world utility affecting behavior versus building in utility afterwards.

If I digress back to the fashion industry, I think it’s inevitable that fashion, and wearables are the future. You can look at some of the largest companies like K** just made an announcement with invisible friends. Talking to the metaverse and what that looks like. People obviously for the same reason they wear high end fashion in the real world. They’re gonna want that representation in the metaverse and a drop like V***Miami’s a great example where my **** all came together to put wearables are one of the most famous NFT PFP drops, the V*** collective. I hope I gave a little bit of insight and sort of where I believe NFP space is going if anyone has any questions. Are you happy to address them?

– ZapTheory

Yeah, thank you. I know RMeta Labs is at the forefront of a lot of projects in NFT . So we’re honored to have your support and for this drop, in particular in many to come. I love to if we can bring certainly want to invite more conversation around that before doing so. I want to circle back to Since3000 So Danielle, if you wouldn’t mind introducing the incredible artists who you collaborated on. To design these dresses, Isaac.

45:00 Daniel Leslie

Yeah, absolutely. So we were looking for the perfect set of eyes for this project. And I’d like to bring on Isaac Udogwu. He had an amazing portfolio. And I’ll have him you know, speak to how you’ll when you see the NFTs if you’ve seen them, you’ll see the the fabric and how he really makes them sing. So I’d love to bring you on Isaac to just explain your vision and your creations.

45:26 Isaac Udogwu

Hello, everyone. How’s everybody doing on this fine Sunday. Let me introduce myself. I am Isaac Udogwu. I’m a digital artist and martial artists brought on to redesign these three dresses. And I have to say it was a very dope experience. Sorry  if there’s noise in the background,  driving at the moment. But I’m gonna start with how I did the process. And my vision was for this project, Danielle came to me with the idea. And it was synchronized. And we we both saw the vision.

Futurism and ideas of the futures is my type of… is one of my favorite genres in my favorite areas to explore. So it was almost second nature to me to develop these dresses the way I did. I love textures and fabrics. And seeing how well these dresses were put together. I was like, wow, I just have to be able to I have to do this. Yeah, I can speak a little bit more about the process. But I’ll leave it open for everybody to ask questions or anything like,

Laura Eastwood

Thank you so much for being part of this. I just have to say I’m getting goosebumps. Thank you so much, everybody on this call for being a part of this. It’s just it’s just such a wonderful thing that we’ve pulled this all together. And you’re also talented. And I for  one am very, very grateful for all of you.

46:53 Live Rocket

Thank you. That’s great.  Just hearing him describe it. It’s like a pitch when I used to run the Home Shopping Network of designing the dresses. But has there ever been something where a real dress has been reimagined as an NFT and then the NFT is actually reversed back into an actual gown?

47:13 Laura Eastwood

Danielle yells onto that. Interesting.

ZapTheory

Are we  jumping the gun here? Are they revealing?

47:22 Daniel Leslie

I mean, yes. That that is definitely coming. So that’s um why this these three gowns were a great start to our collection. And it was interesting, because you’re right. In this case, we took real life gowns, reimagine them for digital, and for the metaverse and in the summer, we’ll actually be launching a collection that is designed for web 3 first. So they will be web 3 natively, digital designed with digital in mind.

And then those handful of those will be turned into one of one’s real life garments that we will auction off for, for our collectors. And I think what I love about doing it in this order is and we’re working with a fashion designer who already has a line. But she talks about how just the limitations of when you’re creating something and you’re designing it for the 3d physical world. You have limits, whether it’s gravity, you know, all the different elements, functionality. And so what I love about this approach is our artists will have no limits when they are imagining what these garments can look like in 5D you know, where there is no gravity, it’s just space, there is no time. And it’s all about the fullest expression of you. So it’ll be so fun to see that process and then see those translated into designs that we can we’re rock in the real world.

ZapTheory

I love it. And you will find it on the Home Shopping Network. You might find it definitely on Live Rocket. I love it. Thank you Live Rocket. There we go.

We also have on as the speaker I think she might have left. Andrew if you bring on Larsa.  I know Larsa is also done some incredible work on… she was on a moment ago and I want to hear from her when we get a moment.

So to recap on where we are. If you bid and it starts at $20,000 for the one on one NFT that’s designed by Since3000, which is a collection is dropping in June. These are the first three of the collection and is created and launched by Daniel Leslie and the artwork itself was created by Isaac. Those dresses come with the physical, real world NFT gaps are real world gown worn by Julianne Moore. And two of them are Givenchi, one is Balenciaga if I’m not mistaken. And that will take place on the Mogul platform where you’ll it’s on the Ethereum blockchain. And then there are the tier two. And that’s the more affordable option. And that’s only 100 bucks. You can receive a physical mug, where you’ll have a Nicole Buffett’s abstract interpretation of the dresses displayed on the mug. You will also receive her NFT. And that takes place on and you’ll receive it on Drawstring platform, and that’s on the Near blockchain.

So while that’s happening, I love to have invite Nicole.  I know, you’ve done a number of projects. And this is one of which you’re doing for charity. And so part of this conversation is web three philanthropy. So I’d love to just hear you know, some of the other projects we’re up to, in the space spirit days we call Spirit rounds, which is a nod to your Spirit coins. So if you don’t mind just sharing some thoughts around and Spirit coins and all of your web 3 philanthropic endeavors.

Nicole Buffett

Sure. Thank you so much. Yeah, just coming into the space very early on I, I realized that the just the ability and the abundance of this space. I love how, I guess for my family being so involved in philanthropy, I like really expanding the understanding of what it means to be a philanthropist and how, you know, we all can be and we all are philanthropists in nature by just being generous, even being a creator in and of itself is such a gift that we give our artwork and our vision to the world. So when I first got into this space, I created my Genesis collection, which is our, which are my Spirit coins. That’s my avatar, you see. And so I guess one of the first major philanthropic endeavors I did with my work was working with Open Earth foundation, I created a NFT. That was the first hologram of my painting of some dolphins that then turned into a NFT, which then protected the dolphins off the Cocos Islands. And we raised quite a bit of money. And I collaborated with a lot of other artists in the space, including ****, and just some amazing other artists. And we worked on that for about a year. And I just love how you know it all it really is about bringing in the human real life connection into the impact. And so it’s really opening up that scope. Another amazing collaboration I’ve been involved with, and working with my Spirit coin collection is the Blankets of Hope campaign, which is amazing, which basically teaches empathy in the classrooms. And then has children delivering blankets to homeless people in the city of New York, and connecting in real life, the feeling of empathy and connection and caring with an actual physical object. So it’s, I really love how the space is weaving those worlds of  like Julianne was talking about, a feeling is very real. And it’s very much a valuable thing just as much as any object we possess. And when we start kind of making that connection, the sacred object. Art being a sacred object. And if NFT’s being a sacred object, I think we’re just opening up who we are as human beings, you we talk about utility, and it’s really about the utility of who we are, and, you know, transforming our identity. We are all artists. And that’s what I love about this. And that’s why the pieces that you see, my paintings are really about a deep space of understanding who we are.

53:49 Drawstring

The NFTs are really a technology and an outlet for artists like Nicole to, you know, bring their art to, at scale to you know, to the masses to people and really get another revenue stream for their causes and you know, for themselves as well. So the technology is just so incredible all around. And yeah, I just love it. I love everything. So Nicole for sure.

54:27 ZapTheory

The one piece Nicole reference, which was collected, we end up creating a hologram NFT that was displayed on the portal hologram,, and that went up for auction for the Open Earth foundation and none other than Snoop Dogg’s collected the piece so that was incredible. So collecting one of the Nicole Buffett’s entities are among many incredible collectors, including Snoop Dogg himself. So that’s exciting. Andrew if you don’t mind just introducing Larsa and getting her thoughts on NFTs and fashion.

Andrew

Yeah, of course. So we’ve got Larsa Pippen here, who’s a fashionista in her own right. And the star of Real Housewives of Miami, she has a jewelry line at Saks, and a whole bunch of other really cool fashion related products. We’re coming out with a really interesting NFT. And she spent a lot of time really curating the fashion on the ***  Squirrel collection and in the video game as well. So I’ll let Larsa speak a little bit about fashion and NFTs and, and her thoughts around that.

Larsa Pippen

Hi, guys.  I will say having these conversations on a Sunday feels really good. You know, I think anytime you get a bunch of people that want to collaborate, and bring, you know, their, you know, their backgrounds together for a good cause. I just love that. And I feel like it’s very empowering for all of us, because we all can help we can all do our part and giving back. When Andrew reached out to me and said, Hey, do you want to, you know, help promote Julianne Moore’s, you know, NFT and her charity, and I was like, Yeah, send me the information. But being on this call, I just feel like, it’s, it’s pretty amazing that, you know, we all have, you know, can make time and do whatever we can to help such an amazing cause. And I feel like, I mean, what’s cooler than fashion, charity, and NFTs? I mean, this is like, where we are today. This is where we’re going to be shopping. And I just feel like it is it’s super cool. And the gowns like, just the thing she was saying about you know, they’re like works of art, you know, these gowns, the artist spends hours and hours designing these dresses.  And to be able to purchase something like that. And it’s just like such it’s great content for people like, you know, I collect art. I love even like buying tables and having like, content about “oh, I bought this table here.” “I bought this table in Paris”  and the story behind it. So I do feel like that. I mean, it’s just amazing. I love this. It’s really cool. And I’m super excited about  NFT Andrew, I think that’s gonna be amazing. We spent so much time on the art because I wanted it to be kind of a reflection about like, what I’m into as far as fashion. So it was like sporty but cool. Edgy.

Andrew

And I think I think Larsa  I think we should leak some of the alpha on that art this week, especially the clothing specific ones, and no Larsa’s very, very passionate about giving back as well. And we have some announcements about a portion of the NFT drop, that’s going back to a favorite charity. So we can’t wait just to share that with everybody.

Larsa Pippen

Yeah, I love that you guys, I’ve always kind of helped charities that have been focused somehow in fashion, like, in Miami, I’ve always worked with Style Saves. And it basically helps women get back on their feet and helps them be able to afford suits for their interviews, you know, you know, dress for the part for the interview and help little girls get dresses for, you know, homecoming, or prom and stuff like that. And then recently, I raised money for a foundation called No More Tears. And that helped individuals that dealt with like, you know, sex trafficking, you know, abuse at home and stuff like that. And we were able to get a lot of money in a two hour dinner that I hosted. So I do feel like it’s, it’s amazing to be able to give back and make time and especially when it’s fun, and you’re doing it because you know you you love it. And I feel like all of us have passion, you know, a passion for giving back. And I’m excited about our NFT also, Andrew

But the charity aspect to me is like, I’m very passionate about that. Because I do feel like, you know, I want my kids to be able to give back. And it’s just very important to live a life of purpose. And that’s what we’re all supposed to be doing. So when you can integrate fashion, you know, NFTs charity, it’s like a win win for everyone. So I love that ecosystem.

59:13 Andrew

trumping up to Leaking  alpha, can you explain that one as well. So we think alpha means giving out some secrets about a specific NFT drop, or the art or what aspect of it is for charity. So I’ll give you a little alpha on this. For instance, we have one of the top artificial intelligence scientists in LA working on a hangry squirrels game. So there’ll be a mobile game attributed to the NFT. And it’ll be very, very well connected where when you buy the specific NFT and you play the game, you can have different types of awards in there. So that’s a little Alpha I’m going to release and then the larger alpha will probably be in the next week or two, but the drop I can officially say is called Hangry. Squirrels and And Larsa’s entire friend group and community is going to be involved with it as well. And I’m sure no well and ZapTeory will have an opportunity to contribute with it.

1:00:10 ZapTheory

Absolutely, we’re excited. Larsa’is contributing, not just on her drop in particular, but sharing, you know, with her social following the project here. So the connection is charity in general and appreciate you Larson helping to promote and get the word out on this Julianne Moore drop and how it connects in unions and not just anyone in general, it’s you in particular, who you have your hand on the pulse finger on the pulse when it comes to the intersection of fashion and NFTs. And I know you have a jewelry line as Saks, who knows, maybe we might have a window a special line down the line on  Live Rocket, perhaps. So we have this opportunity where at the seaport in downloads, or during NFT NYC, we’ll have some satellite events. So we’re all invite folks for in person IRL experiences at the sea port. So Live Rocket has two spaces are really large at the sea port. One is 6000 square feet other than 17,000 square feet. So we’ll be able to see some exciting events in person hanging out talking crypto, learning about a number of these projects, including *** Since3000, Nicole Buffett, everything Andrew and Rmeta Labs is up to and of course, all of Larsa Pippin’s visionary creations.

Andrew

Yeah, there’s nothing better than having sort of Larsa Saks. jewelry line as not only physicals in the real world. But wearables both on NFTs and in the metaverse. And who knows you might see in Sandbox or decentraland. This year, you might see some of those wearables. Much like you saw what happened. We’d like to do an arm that allows families so within the Vogu Miami drop. I don’t know if everyone saw the decentraland fashion how, or they had the Vogu heads. So we’d like to integrate everybody. So I think you might be seeing some some Larsa Pippen jewelry in the metaverse in the not too distant future.

Larsa Pippen

I mean, how easy is it to shop these days?

Never gonna leave my house again. You know, it’s just I don’t know if \… Seriously, I feel like it’s, it’s the way to shop these days, even shopping. Yeah, I love that aspect of it.

You guys know, and I love the community of people that are on here. I just was really excited to be a part of this. And like I said, it was I think we should start doing this every Sunday, guys. I feel like I need this for my soul.

1:02:34 Zap Theory

Absolutely. And thank you for sharing. And so I just folks will soon need to not only get their hands on Snce3000 NFT, which will then be turned into a real world gown or rather all clothing you can wear. And eventually I imagine it’ll be in the metaverse, so there’ll be the a triplet where you get the NFT for the digital art, you’ll receive the physical piece you can wear in real life. And then you’ll have the triplet that you can wear and in the metaverse and then accompany that with one of Larsa’s wearable jewelry line. So that that’s exciting to see.

Andrew

Just want to add one last thing, obviously, Rmeta labs, you don’t usually do this for such a large audience. But everyone here has been amazing. And it’s such it’s just such a good cause we do a lot of work with these groups in the future. So if anybody here wants a whitelist for one of RMeta Lab future projects, they can sign up at RMetalabs.ai. And we’ll make sure their choice of which project if they want it to work, we’ll give them a whitelist.

1:03:39

Awesome.

1:03:41

That’s exciting. Thank you.

1:03:44 Andrew

And anyone who doesn’t know what a whitelist is, because I know there might be some questions about that in this group. And I can access its access to a NFT drop a for anybody else to guaranteed get it in usually at a cheaper price. Oh, good. That’s good.

1:04:07

If you use Polygon network, there’ll be no gas at all. So more near or Near

Drawstring

And I just just to jump off of what you were saying to as far as utility. I mean, NFT is a technology, right? It’s really a key to things in the metaverse if I own this entity, it gives me access to x, y and z is we access to music, it gives me access to gated content and gated webpage, right. It allows you to access things in the metaverse and that’s something that I think that you know, this is really where this technology is going and it goes far from our projects. And you know,Definitely spot on with the utility aspect and that’s something that we’re pushing for to add scale obviously. So everybody on this call has been absolutely brilliant in everything they’ve been saying. So love to be a part of it.

ZapTheory

Absolutely. And I think was also pretty cool is that not only do we have this drop with Julianne Moore’s gowns being reimagined in the year 3000, and then another tier where it’s being interpreted in an abstract way/  What we should point out is that the to both Nicole Buffett and Danielle Leslie, the two visionaries who worked on this piece are women and reimagining a real world gown, and donated by Julianne Moore, another woman. So the idea of women just leading the charge in the celebrity world is fascinating. I know Danielle, she’s she, if we look at her avatar, we can see that she’s in her collection, check out a very exciting collection includes a number of different projects, one of which is World of Women . And so I can see the flavor kind of embedded and imbued within this 3000 collection. And maybe you can speak to that. And let’s point out that part of this piece of this items in collection.

1:06:00 Danielle Leslie

Yeah, absolutely. Um, so it’s, um, and what I’ll say is, Nicole, when I learned that you were also going to be designing for this. I was like, Oh, my goodness, because I actually own one of your Metamorpho pieces. The integrating.

Nicole Buffett

Yeah, wow. You have such an exciting, small collection of animated Spirit coins that I just love. And that thank you so much. I’m so honored to contribute to this.

Danielle Leslie

Yeah, I just read what it was about, I resonated with with it a lot. And I think and as I said, my word for this year was integration. So I’m like, please be one called integrating in there. There. It was, it was for me.  Yeah. But yeah, I guess it has been really exciting, frankly, coming into this space. I was just speaking with friends yesterday about how there is a narrative out there that says it’s too late to get into NFTs you know, it’s too late. I think there was a New York Times article that’s like the the late comers guide to crypto, that’s been making circles. And I just love how.  I just love how what I’ve seen is a lot of women led women founded projects. And I think what I’ve seen, starting in web two, tech and now into , web 3, is us as women. I mean, if you think about us, traditionally, we are the storytellers in the family, you know.  It’s we are the child bears, you know, sharing our lessons, passing them to the next generation, historically, are like the storytellers of the family. And so I think that, what I see the opportunity for the NFT space for web 3, is for women to just translate our storytelling abilities, and our lessons, our vision or identity into a new medium. So I’ve just been so excited about getting involved in other women’s projects, including Nicole’s, you know, becoming a collector of her peice. And yeah, and I encourage everyone here to definitely, like dive in. And if you haven’t yet, and see what’s out there for you and see what you resonate with. And I’ll just finish it with, you know, I know that it’s, it was important for me, my very first piece that I got excited about was the World of Woman peace, because I saw something that I was represented in. And so I hope that as we collect as we create this Since3000 collection and launch it this summer, you know that we can do the same and welcome a lot more people in the space and have them see themselves represented.

1:08:35 ZapTHeory

Well, thank you for that. And your storytelling makes the idea of collecting a piece even more exciting. And not only do you get the physical one of one with the worn by Julianne Moore, you get to be part of this Since 3000. Collection, which is one of the 3000. And these pieces are the one on ones and I know it’s a generative art piece. And so when we think about rarity, for folks who are, you know, deep in the crypto space, and we look at the idea of how rare is one of those pieces, so maybe we could speak about that. I think for folks who are deep in that’s… it’s a language we all understand. But anyone who’s just joining the crypto space in we’re using terms like rarity and generative art. What does that even mean?

1:09:19 Danielle Leslie

Yeah, sure. So yeah.  So generative art is you have a set of features. So World of Women is probably one of the most popular projects right now that demonstrates this. But you have a set of features, whether it’s hair, background jewelry, accessory, and you have a set number of features. So you might have curly hair, big hair, etc, etc. And the original designer will design each of these individual features. And then it’s put into a program that runs and it will produce a random combination of all the different features, and it will produce one of ones that each piece has all the features, just in different combinations of them. So what I love about generative art, is that it goes back to that point that you know, as different as we are, we are all made of the same matter. So, all the pieces, you know, came from the common vision share a lot of the same features and a lot of the same spirit. And then, one thing I’ll also touch on is just the profile photo, the PFP collections. What’s really special about these is, you have avatars in these collections, that a lot of times you identify with and you end up being drawn to a piece I remember shopping for my first, you know, World of Women piece and looking for the woman who looked like me, and it’s my profile photo right now. And that excitement of finding someone who looks like you. And then being able to change your profile photo, because you’re like, This is me, you know, as my highest self for most Express self. So here’s all of that, to me is very exciting. And we’re really excited, excited to bring that excitement with our collection as well.

1:11:19 ZapTheory

Well, thank you for the knowledge and breaking down, generative apart and by the way, it turns out that Roseville conservation is actually listening in on the cause of R***is the organization that had purchased the Nicole Buffet piece. And it was collected by Danielle Leslie. So you purchasing that piece was actually a contribution to  R***. So I thought wow.

I love to open up for two Oh, for anyone else who wants to share thoughts on the crypto space in general NFTs fashion. And then let’s wrap up the conversation if there’s anyone in the audience who wants to share some thoughts, and we’ll have to open up the floor for questions.

1:12:11

Awesome. So I’ll make one final plug for anyone who just joined. And as we wrap up, make sure to share with friends this incredible opportunity where you can purchase a one on one NFT Since3000 NFC that’s reimagination of the Julianne Moore gown that was worn on the red carpet. And that’ll live and be auctioned off on the Mogul Productions platform. So you can sign up to receive that notification. It begins on Wednesday, I’m sorry, next Sunday at 3pm. So you want to be one of the first to make a bed and share with your friends to do so as well. And that starts at $20,000. If that’s not in your price range, and you will still love to get your hands and support not only to act as fun, but also will love to get your hands on an NFT by Nicole Buffett. While you can do so for $100 You’ll be able to purchase a physical mug shipped to you and created by Live Rocket Studios, which is in the seaport or Live Rocket As Mark would say, and on the mug, you’ll see Nicole Buffett’s artwork displayed, and you’ll also receive her NFT on the drawstring marketplace on the near blockchain. So we’re all excited for these incredible opportunities. I have one other

1:14:13

Amazing, thank you. And so we’re all excited to continue to promote this incredible opportunity, the proceeds will benefit the Actors Fund, which supports everyone in entertainment. So thank you all again, for making this possible, beginning with Laura Eastwood, who sat down with Cameron. And together they thought how can they reimagine and created an opportunity to raise more funds for the Actors Fund. And through that will put us in touch with Live Rocket studios. And that’s where it all began. And all of these various parties came together to meet this happen. So thank you all for joining this conversation on the Sunday afternoon and excited for this auction excited for what this project will entail and many more to come. No. We have to

1:15:00

One last question. Who’s your pick for tonight? That’s

1:15:04

my pick for tonight. Yes, of course Julianne Moore. No, no, she’s not in a movie that’s nominated for Best Picture. I mean, this is a real actual movie not Academy Award. This is like the regular Academy watch. Have you seen any of the movies? I need to phone a friend him or

1:15:21

something by tripped on my answer.

1:15:25

Danielle?

1:15:28

I was gonna say Yacht Club or world of woman. Yes. There we go.

1:15:34

I like driving my car, the Japanese movie the best. So thank you, everyone very much. This has really been fascinating.
