The Mogul development team is assembling the newest features for Mogul’s NFT Marketplace and ecosystem. Ten major features have been or are about to be onboarded. A new feature will be reviewed each week over the course of ten weeks.
Mogul Development Update #8
The User Interface (UI) at Mogul’s NFT Marketplace is constantly adapting to make the User Experience (UX) more enjoyable when they visit.
“User Interface” (UI) is the series of screens, pages, and visual elements that enable a person to interact with a product or service. “User Experience” (UX) is defined as the interaction and experience users have with a company’s products and services.
New features mentioned in previous Development updates, within the Mogul Marketplace, is making the UI and UX robost. This UI and UX update goes further into how artists and users interact with each other on the NFT platform.
A number of backend features that were part of the legacy code from the old platform is being brought to a higher standard. As Mogul is starting to scale into more drops and more users, the develppment needs to make ensure the current platfrorm performance can hadle the increaed traffic including the number of drops once staking and voting are reintroduced.
For NFT Artists,
- Artists can make NFTs internally and build full collections.
- Artists can take this interface, put in all their details and just mint.
- NFT drops can have different tiers.
- NFTs can utilize Unlockable content.
- Artists can review the entire project. There will be a Preview page showing what the NFT drop will look like before going live.
- Built in community building processes are built into the User Interface (UI)
Simply fill in information on the User Interface to start the process. The interface will take it from there to guide artists through the process. Mogul’s UI takes the NFT public sales process from the start of the asset build right to the very end.
Artists can make and schedule their own NFT drops.
A drop refers to the exact date, time, and minting price of the NFT.
Typical NFTs can include the following and so much more.
- Collectible items.
- Film memorabilia
- Event tickets.
- Music and media.
- Big Sports Moments.
- Virtual Fashion.
- Real-world assets.
The new direction is to make NFTs public sales process, in PFP (profile picture) and other collection standards, fully optimized and much easier to navigate through.
The new Mogul NFL platform will combine both ETH and BSC on the same display.
For PFP style collectionism, buyers directly mint NFTs at the time of the sale. It’s a more advanced product from previous launchpad standards.
With a NFT showcase page, new collections are listed and include featured sections for upcoming drops.
Buyers and inquisitors can go directly to the landing page which is created and launched by the artists on the Mogul platform. It will allow fans and collectors to buy the NFTs right then and there.
Drops can be to regular auctions, or lazy drops.
Lazy minting allows the minting process to be pushed forward until someone actually purchases a token.
